If I could give a zero, it would be deserving. I previously had great experiences with Affordable Denture in Jackson, MS and in Melbourne, FL. This office knew I traveled from Melbourne (because Melbourne office doesn鈥檛 accept insurance) to my appointments and wasted so much of my time. The process was horrible and instead of listening to my concerns, the dentist gaslighted me and tried to make me think I was the problem and that I should just accept the garbage they were trying to give me. The problem is you and your incompetent tech. My nail lady could have made better teeth and even said so. You should tell a customizable plan if you aren鈥檛 going to listen to the customer and make the changes requested. I got my refund, but this isn鈥檛 over. This review is just the start of the light I shed on this horrible place.

Perhaps like you, I was in a lot of distress due to some severe infections in my teeth along with the Loss of Several of my back Teeth.So I made an appointment at affordable dentures in Vero Beach. All the staff were Professional, kind and accommodating from the first initial appointment until the post-op follow up. Every interaction with the dentist, dental assistance, receptionist, and financial planner were friendly and helpful. The dentist, Dr. Bogdan Negrut, was absolutely top notch, Compassionate and using the latest technology and his assistant, Elisabeth was constantly present bringing sunshine into the room! The process was thoroughly planned out and executed without a hitch. I went in one day to get measured for the temporary dentures and on another day, they extracted my teeth and Installed my temporary Dentures. There was the Manageable pain of the anesthetics Needles but doctor made sure that there was enough applied so I didn鈥檛 actually feel anything but pressure during the multiple extractions. Although there was some understandable discomfort during the first day after the surgery, this was overcome through Tylenol and Advil. I checked around before selecting affordable dentures and this was the best value for the comprehensive surfaces that was being offering to assist people with dental emergencies, and surprisingly, they had financial packages with reasonable monthly payments. If you need dentures, bridges or implants, I would definitely recommend Affordable Dentures in Vero Beach!

I had a very good experience at Affordable Dentures and Implants. The office is impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Bogdan Nugrut made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.

This is the best dental office I have been to in several years. From entering the office, the girl at the desk, T.T., is a sweet and very helpful receptionist. Dr. Negrut gets my absolute 馃挴 approval. I'm so totally satisfied with how he removed 3 teeth and how well I'm healing. Dr. Negrut's assistant, Stacy, did a wonderful job helping me select new dentures. I recommend this dental office to everyone who is looking for an excellent dentist and a helpful & caring staff. I don't think you'll find a better place than Affordable Dentures & Implants in Vero Beach, Florida.

Is this ever gonna end. I still can not eat. It鈥檚 been 2 months. My mouth is still so sore. I should鈥檝e demanded my money back. If I did I could have went somewhere else and then taken taken down this review. Since I don鈥檛 have money right now I have to suffer. Please if you are thinking of going to affordable dentures in Vero please go some where else
Update on my review
I have to say Holly and Chrissy tried to help me. Twice Chrissy tried to trim the denture but they are still tearing up my mouth. I can鈥檛 bite into anything. These are the cheapest set of dentures ever. Paid 3000 for garage. My last pair never gave me a problem. The only good thing is they are staying in. Please go see someone else. I鈥檓 tired of my mouth being in pain. Now I have to live like this till I can save up money to go see a real dentist.
I went to affordable Dentures on March 23 to replace my Snap on. Since every store is different. Which I think they all should carry the same products. People move. I had mine done in Jacksonville and moved to Vero. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to get the new ones ones. No call. And everytime I called the office no answer. Sent a email. Finally got a call. She said she would find out if they got the pieces in. And she would call me right back. No call back. Sent another email. Got another call. Different person said she would see what was going on and promise she would call back. Again no call . I finally got back In On April 15 . But the pieces still wasn鈥檛 there. But they wanted my 3.000 before I left . Had another appointment set up for the following week. They called me In the morning but didn鈥檛 leave a message. I go to the appointment just to find out the one piece needed still wasn鈥檛 there. Why couldn鈥檛 they leave a message instead of making me use my gas. In the meantime he started changing out my snap on but left me with my old pair that wouldn鈥檛 stay on. It torn up the In side of my mouth. He said there isn鈥檛 anything he can do. Over 2 weeks I went like this. Couldn鈥檛 eat anything but eggs. I need work done on my top but I will be going to either a different affordable denture or somewhere else. This has been the worst experience. 6 weeks to get a simple job done. Finally got the snap on fixed . But the denture was to long and cutting my gums and they wouldn鈥檛 stay in. Went back today . And now I can鈥檛 get them out and can鈥檛 bite down on anything or it hurts. I don鈥檛 know if he has it out for me or what. But this is the worst experience ever. So now I have to live like this till I get money to go to someone else. I alway thought. Aspen Dental was the worst. But affordable dentures of Vero beach is .i am ready to get my lawyer involved. I鈥檓 in more pain now than when i first got my snap on.
