Would have been a great review but they do not cooperate with your insurance so good luck getting anything covered as they don't really seem to care as long as they got paid. Dentist and assistant were great but it cost me 1500 in benefits because they won't talk to your insurance or return their calls. BEWARE

I started at vestal, ny affordable dentures a few years ago and everything was wrong with it. Doctors changing. Closing on day of appts without notice, poorly made dentures. Horrible. BUT, the new affordable dentures in vestal ny is the best. The doctor is awesome. The assistant is perfect. The reception area is great. My dentures came out perfect. Kudos to them!

Great experience with extractions and new dentures. No pain at any time. Didn’t have to take Oxycodone for pain after procedure. Now, just getting used to my new teeth.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am not a happy customer. And it all started with chatting online, than making an appointment. Whatever you are reading on their website is false. Website says" same day dentures and we accept insurance. " When I got to my appointment they said" we do not accept insurance and no same day dentures." Then the website said " payment plan." I had to pay the cost up front, which they asked more than once to pay balance. They set me up with Care credit and said there was no additional fees. Which is false. 1st payment and care credit balance, tacked on $53.67 fees extra .Their website says " $105 extractions." I paid $175 per extraction. And premium dentures website says"$1185." I paid $1308. 1st visit consultation ,impressions and payment up front. Third visit, wanted me to try my temporary denture when they haven't even extracted the teeth. Teeth pulled 4th visit and back again the next week to have temporary denture adjusted. I couldn't wear them.Told them I would be back in 4 months, the true time it takes to heal after getting extractions. To 4 more visits to finally get my permanent denture. I have to state the staff that was working with me was very nice. But I have witnessed several other patients walking out, not as happy. Do not believe what you have read on website. This is the last place I would recommend for dentures. Very unsatisfactory place of business and have someone clean your building. Every visit which was 9 total which I was told only 4 visits and was an hour drive one way to Vestal, N.Y. I gave only one star because of the staff I was working with. I will not give any proof of pictures for my own protections, but the figures are facts. Now, it's been 2 weeks since I got the permanent denture and again I wouldn't recommend for dentures. They said I had 100 more days of adjustments. I have done that myself. I've never seen such an awful looking denture. Where they adjusted them you can see through the gum part and the way they sit doesn't look like a jaw to begin with. And I'm pasting them in to boot.Poor craftsmanship. I will not be going back and if I were to replace the new denture it would be with the people I dealt with before. No names will be mentioned. If you value my input, than why haven't you corrected your website. Unsatisfactory!!
