The nicest and most efficient staff I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. They are so bubbly, and never leave you waiting. Also, they are so good at what they do. Will definitely always come to them

Great customer service they explained services and options for your treatment. Dr z and Ms Johnson were very patient with me going over my options that will the best for me . Also I don't remember the tech who did my X-ray but she was so kind easy to talk to .the whole office experience was great even the front desk who checked you in were so nice. Even the patients in the office waiting to be seen was kind and told me I had nothing to worry about that I was in good hands witch made me feel less nervous... Great experience.

That staff right with me is Kijah. She makes you feel like a family. So good and caring and the service is what everybody is looking for. Thanks to the front desk’s staff too that always work with you like Christy and Ms. Johnson. Same with the Dentist and all the staff. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.😊

have made repeated attempts to schedule appointments at Affordable Dentures & Implants, but there is always a reason I cannot be seen for the services I already paid for. Most recently, I requested a time on a day I would be off work early and was told that the service I need is only done at 8:30 a.m. They are somehow unable to perform a final fitting for a more expensive denture in the afternoon, which makes it nearly impossible for me to get the care I need. Previously, during my 14-day vacation, I tried to schedule an appointment but was told there was no availability—unless, of course, I was a new patient. This is extremely frustrating, especially when my account is paid and I am just waiting for services to be completed. The product itself has been disappointing. My temporary full upper denture is so oversized that I must remove it every time I eat, even when using zinc adhesive, because it will not stay in place. The partial lower denture has never fit properly either. After one adjustment—where they had to remove the metal hook that was supposed to help it stay in place—the denture was still so large that it caused a severe ulcer when I tried to wear it. Additionally, the upper denture has only about 1 mm of visible tooth length above the palate plate, which makes speaking nearly impossible without a severe lisp and also makes chewing difficult. Between the inability to schedule appointments for services already paid for, the poor quality of the product, and the apparent refusal to complete the job I financed at nearly 20% interest, I am deeply unhappy with this establishment and cannot recommend them.

Experience was 100%! Beginning from front desk to exiting the establishment! Interns, nurses, & Dr. we’re very friendly, everyone kept a smile on their faces, polite in every conversations…..made you feel like home. Loved tha atmosphere!!!
