Today was my first time here and I had the BEST experience because of Taylor the office manager. She made me feel so comfortable and made the process so smooth. I was so nervous going into my appointment but she reassured me the whole time that it was going to be easy and she even held my hand for extra support. She deserves a raise and I think everyone needs an office manager like Taylor.

I LOVE THESE WOMEN N THE DENTIST THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IT SHOWS THEY LOVE THIER JOBS.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WEST CHESTER LOCATION.. IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY TEETH AND THE SERVICE.. GO TO THE WEST CHESTER LOCATION 9464 CIVIC CENTRE BLVD.. I LOVE IT THERE N YOU WILL TOO..

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The problem involves tactics with billing. They helped me setup financing to pay for services then charged my account $11,900 before any work had been accomplished. I had asked about this specifically before we set up the account as was told nothing would be charged until after services were preformed.

I would never recommend this place. It's been a nightmare. First off the appt are never on time. I've waited over an hour on two occasions. Currently in the waiting room now...32 mins past appt time still waiting. There is no on call Dr if you have issues. I had full teeth extraction on a Tuesday and had to go to my Dr on friday because I got infection and no one would answer at the office or return my calls. The dentures are very cheap and fit horribly. Nothing but pain and I still can't even attempt to wear the bottom ones. The following Thursday after extractions the whole left side of my face and eye swelled up and I had to go to the ER.because again no one would answer my calls at the office. Alr day on antibiotics but got some steroids. I'm not sure what's going on or what they're going to do today. After I spent 5000 they sent me a 15% off coupon in the mail a few days later which I found super annoying. Would loved to have used that and saved $750! Why would you send it out to me after the fact? Place is also dirty. Dusty, dirty. You will see trash outside every window. The girl who works the front desk (Maigen) is not warm and friendly in any way. She is rude, never smiles and seems to hate her job. This overall is just the worst experience I ever had. Go somewhere else!!!!! After 45 min wait I saw the dentist for two seconds and said I was fine. She didn't ask how it was going, I never got the chance to tell her about the antibiotics and steroids, pain ECT....I was an absolute mess and holding back tears so I just left. I'm currently in the waiting room at my Drs office AGAIN because my face is swelling again this time both eyes! I called the dentist yesterday to schedule my soft realign and tell them about my issues. I said Hi I need to schedule my realign but I've been having some issues...the girl said "We can see you Tuesday at 10:30" (this was Thurs) I said "The realignment should be a few weeks out but im having some issues" She then said "Like i said, we can see you tues at 10:30" She didnt ask what the issue was, or what's going on so i just made the appt and then called my dr to make an appt with her so i can make sure im not gonna go blind or have infection spread thru my whole body. This place gave me no post op instructions or post op care. Not to mention the bottom teeth do not fit even tho they say they do. Worst worst experience And now...im at the hospital waiting on a CT scan because I could have sepsis or get a blood clot from infection. I keep adding to this review because it just keeps getting worse and worse. Cost for this CT scan $400 which I absolutely cannot afford . Not to mention if I have to be admitted after this... which I'm praying is not the case
