This was my 2nd visit and once again the staff was AMAZING!!! I was upfront and honest and told them I was scared Because of my last dentist. It has taken me over 3 years to make this appointment. They made me feel so comfortable, had me laughing and joking. My first visit, my friend had to come with me, but because of the amazing staff, I went to the second visit by myself. I can’t wait till next week when I get to try on hopefully my last fitting. I never thought I would be so excited about going to the dentist but I am. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at my cleaning appointment. My hygienist Meagan makes me feel very comfortable and does a thorough job. She always leaves my teeth feeling super clean and has the best chair side manner.

My appointment was at 10:15 I arrived at 10:10 I didn’t get called back until close to 1050. The lady at the front desk didn’t have the best of customer service but when I was called to the back, everything went smooth everything was good. Staff was friendly and the doctor she was great and nice and explained everything well.The only complaint I have was the wait.

The technician explained everything to me before she did it . She was very good. I usually don't like going to these places but she and the music calmed my fears

My experience with the staff was great. I just wish they would take a little bit more time to explain what happens on the next visit. For example: I had to return for my second visit for the second liner and I was not told not to wear adhesive and I put a little bit on them. And she told I wasn't supposed to wear adhesive but no one told me. And also before I had the procedure done no one explain to me on how to take the antibiotics. I was supposed to take some before I had my teeth pulled and they didn't tell me that until I took the first dose after the procedure. I think they want to do things too fast. And they assume you know what is happening and I didn't know what was going on, besides what they were telling but not being very informed of what would be happening.
