I'm very upset with my experience with affordable dentures today. The reason I go to them is because they have always gave me something for my anxiety before I have had my teeth extracted. they had me come in at 8:00 a.m. saying it was because I was to pick up my medication for anxiety get it filled and then come back later to have my tooth pulled. They did not give me the anxiety meds and instead extracted the tooth. When I had my top teeth pulled through affordable dentures they had gave me the anxiety meds and plenty of Novocaine that I didn't even know they had pulled anything. But today I was in severe pain from him extracting it along with going into a massive panic attack. They were explained to that I am scared to death of needles and again they assured me they would give me something to make sure I was calm. But fact they did not. Then when I asked what the prescription they gave me was for the lady said it's not pain medication. As if I was seeking pain medication. Smh and also my top dentures needed adjusted but they wanted me to leave them there this morning and come back late this afternoon to pick them up. In the past I've always been able to go in and they could adjust them right then and there. Who wants to walk around with no teeth all day, not me. My first couple experiences with them was fine but this experience was a nightmare!

This has been a great experience from the 1st visit , to extraction of teeth, to final denture. My health has improved greatly, my smile is bright and happy, and I feel like myself again. The Dr's and staff are truly great, they are always happy and easy to talk to. I wish I had done this years sooner. Truly affordable and trust me your health is worth it.

They are a great group of people who really do care. They eased my anxiety and made sure I was calm and relaxed before my extractions and bone grafts for my implants. I highly recommend them. Dr. Norris is ALWAYS excellent! He's friendly, kind, compassionate, caring and patient. He will answers all of your questions without seeming like you're unintelligent or wasting his time. I don't remember the assistants name but she was EXCELLENT as well!

Wonderful staff! They have addressed any concerns, issues, questions that I could think of also flexible flexible working me in if I need any denture adjustments. Decently priced too! 10/10 would recommend!!!
At first I was hesitant choosing this route But I'm glad I did and they made it easy for me.
