I gave them one star only because I have to give a star. The Staff was very helpful first visit. Then let the games begin. We were canceled several times and my husband had to go and change his work schedule last minute several times. Our insurance paid for most of it but they say we still owe them 1000 dollars and he never got his permanent dentures which were 1200 . So they were overpaid in the end. DO not trust this place it is terrible about appointments and it's their neglect. Also we chose them because they were supposed to be open until 5:00 they're only open till 2:00 p.m. when they want to be due to being short-staffed all of the time advertise your right hours. I could go on with this review but I'm not going to. I wish I would have read a lot of the reviews before I chose them for my husband. They told us what it was going to cost and we financed the correct amount and between the financing and insurance they got way overpaid but they will try to get you for more.

As someone that is terrified of the dentist and I had full extractions, top and bottom due to neglect of my own being. They took care of me, let me relax and the medication to kick in make sure that I was OK and if I made any noises they comforted me and asked me if I was in any pain at all. They definitely took great care of me and I'm so glad that I went through them instead of another place that still hasn't called me back. Thank you and I will be back to get my denture set for sure.

I had a good experience. Taylor was very helpful shes great at her job. Over all everyone was awesome and made me feel comfortable. I recommend them for sure.

I think it may be easy for some folks to jump to conclusions somehow that this company works out of a mobile home on some back lot out in the woods. Nothing could be further from the truth. Nestled in a high-end business park right across the street from Jungle Jim’s Eastgate, this is a first class, well-run professional operation. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and treated with respect and courtesy and all the comfort you would expect from a well run professional office. The exam was thorough, Dr. Mike reviewed the x-rays and examined my teeth and made his recommendations. We’re moving forward with our procedure next week. I am very impressed with this business and highly recommend it.

The initial visit was a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the first follow up a week later was extremely frustrating. The impression taken at the first appointment was apparently unsuitable, and instead of someone calling to tell us that before we arrived or even upon our arrival, we had to wait until we and several other people were grouped into a large room together. We watched as everyone around us went through their visit only to be told after a half hour of waiting that my husband would need new impressions made. That took another 25 minutes. We were then told the earliest next appointment was in two weeks, which meant at the earliest it would take a minimum of 3 weeks to get his new set. No effort whatsoever was made to try and get us an earlier appointment. No apology was offered for the inconvenience, the lack of communication, or for the fact that their initial two week estimate had now doubled. I've given them 3 stars because complications happen, and we don't begrudge them that. Hopefully in the end it will work out. At minimum though, they need to ramp up their communication and an apology for the delay in the moment would've gone a long way. Edit: To the AI that replied to my experience, please let the user who entered the prompt for the company's response know that human beings with discernment can recognize an "empathy - validation" sandwich reply. The review has now been changed to two stars to reflect the fact that given the opportunity to address genuine customer feedback, the company feigned empathy and concern rather than offering sincere contrition or understanding.
