If you have been putting off getting your smile fixed, don't. Dr. Brown and his staff will make the process of getting your extractions and on the road to a permanent denture as painless and fast as possible. Friendly staff with the an understanding that time is money. They work well with MedicAid, private insurance, or just in house financing if those are the routes you need to go. I am a recent patient and well on the road to recovery after two weeks post op. I would recommend taking a minimum of three days off of work to allow the healing process to maximize. I had twenty three painless extractions and was home midday. If you can have a driver, great. It is not 100% necessary. If you want a staff that has been there done that, and got the the T-shirt Doc Brown and crew got you covered. Don't put it off anymore. It is worth it. Nice smile and no more fighting toothaches at work. Give them a shout.

“I’m not here to attack anyone personally. But the reality is that I entered treatment young, vulnerable, and trusting the plan that was presented When I entered your office, I was 26 years old and in a vulnerable place emotionally and financially. I came to you specifically because I was seeking a structured, affordable path to restore my smile and confidence. I trusted the plan that was presented to me and committed fully — financially, physically, and emotionally — to the treatment. The plan included imaging, extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement, all of which I paid for and completed. I endured painful procedures and significant recovery with the understanding that these steps were part of a coherent path toward a finished smile. It was only after I had already invested the majority of my savings and completed surgical treatment that I was informed I would need extensive cavity and restorative work completed elsewhere before final restoration could occur. While I understood the clinical necessity of this requirement, what I did not understand — and was never made aware of — was that this prerequisite care could realistically cost $7,000–$8,000 out of pocket without insurance. At that point, my financial ability to complete treatment was gone. As a result, I was left in a temporary partial denture for over three years. That appliance was never meant to be a long-term solution, yet it became my only way to function socially. I have since lost that partial and am now left without any cosmetic or functional replacement for missing front teeth. I want to be clear: I understand that not every patient’s situation is identical, and I understand that your practice sees thousands of cases. But for me, this was not one case among many — it was my only opportunity. The lack of complete financial transparency and sequencing at the outset left me with unfinished treatment, lost time, and lasting damage to my confidence. I am not writing to attack any individual provider. I am writing because the outcome of my care did not align with the expectations that were set, and because the burden of incomplete planning fell entirely on me. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my case, review my records, and understand whether there is any path forward to help complete or remediate the treatment that was started. At minimum, I believe this experience warrants reflection so that other patients are not placed in a similar position. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I picked up my dentures yesterday. I am having some issues with them cutting into my lip, cheek area. I called to make appointment to resolve the issue. She says I have 1pm tomorrow. I said I have to work at 2, can I be out of the office by 150. I work close to there. She said idk this isn't McDonald's and I don't know how long it will take. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I took another appointment for a later date. My mouth is hurting so bad that I called my work to get the shift covered to be able to go the appointment she originally had offered. This is all within a 3 min span. So, I call back she rudely says, ummm if that appointment isn't taken now. She said it was. Just find it funny in 3 min it has been taken. Maybe it was, but she needs to work on some communication skills. I still treated her with respect and was calm about the situation. Please do better whom answers your phone.

Very friendly and considerate staff in front office. I want to personally say that Taddem was very nice, the person taking my impressions. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything. Made sure I was comfortable. Also, Dr. Brown, the dentist, was very personable and kind. He also took time to explain things and made sure I was very numb and I did not feel any pain when getting my teeth pulled. I will say lastly, but this sure is first.. I prayed before I went, I heard the Holy Ghost tell me before going in to let the others know God is watching over us. And as I was in the chair, before he came in to pull my teeth, the Lord of Hosts, was loosening my teeth by the roots. HE HAD HIS HAND OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME! I WILL SAY I DID NOT TAKE THE MEDICINE TO RELAX ME PRIOR TO MY VISIT, (which that is great they offer that, and everyone has their own choice, absolutely!! God loves us either way, of course!) BUT I WAS CALM AND WITH HIS SPIRIT! ALSO, I WILL SAY THE DENTIST DID A GREAT JOB. I SHOOK HIS HAND, BECAUSE I KNEW THE LORD HAS HIS HANDS OVER HIM ALSO. I am comfortable and healing. And in God's healing hands. I will say that this place accepted me speaking about the Lord to them. Which is a blessing also. I do recommend this office for anyone who is looking for good afforable denture & implants!

I went in for my consultation appointment and the dentist came in and as I was preparing to ask questions he told me he didn't have time to answer questions as he was in the middle of surgery. I thought a consultation was an appointment to sit down together and the dentist would answer my questions and show me my choices and we would go over what was best for me. I was wrong. The first set of dentures were very crooked. The dentist agreed and said they needed to remake the denture. (I thought upper and lower) but only remade upper even though bottom was crooked to. When I left the dentist appointment I called them back to ask them how they could remake a top denture that they lined up with a crooked bottom denture and they assured me that they would address that when I came back in for my next appointment. They didn't! I tried to tell them that the bottom denture was crooked too but the dentist nor the techs wanted to hear this. When I went back in for the wax try on for the remake denture it looked and felt okay, bur I had concerns that were ignored. When I went back the next week to get the new top denture, again it was crooked. It slanted down to the right (because they didn't fix the bottom denture) and the teeth do not line up. On the right side the teeth (upper and lower) don't hit. On the left side the teeth hit. The dentist tried to tell me that the reason the denture was crooked is because there was too much on the top denture so he filed it down. That did not fix it because that is not the problem! The problem is they made crooked dentures. I did not have crooked teeth before dentures why am I going to pay for a crooked smile now. Also, I tried to eat a sandwhich and the top denture fell out. The bottom denture hurts so bad I can only wear it for a very short time. You are so rushed when the dr comes in that there is no way to know if your dentures feel good/fit good look good. Your denture is stuffed in your mouth, you're handed a mirror, very rushed and then out the door. I explained to the dentist that I have TMJ and my bite is different than most. It didn't seem to matter. I was totally ignored. I am back to the temp. denture from 3 yrs ago when I am in public and no teeth the rest of the time. Affordable Dentures has too many patients to be able to give good quality care to each individual patient. They don't have time to listen to the patients and they don't care about the patients, they only care about how much money they can make in a day. I left there in tears and that dentist and both of those dental technicians know that my teeth were crooked and nobody cared. I will find a real dentist! One who cares about doing things right, one who listens. Update: I went to a private dental practice. I went in for a second opinion. As I was speaking with the dentist my top denture fell out! And yes it had plenty of glue on it. The dentist agreed with me that my dentures from Affordable Dentures are crooked, they slant to the right, and they are entirely too big for my mouth. These are the very things that I told Doctor Brown and both of those dental techs that work there. All 3 of them told me that my teeth didn't look that bad!! Absolutely not acceptable and no one there was very professional.
