We went in for my mom denture repair. The hygenist who help us was great. She was helpful and friendly. The denture was repaired promptly. However, the receptionist was not very helpful. He never answers phone calls. It's always "leave a message and we will call you back". This makes it impossible to make an appointment. Even in the office he acts like it's a bother for him when we ask any questions. He also gave us wrong information. He said they don't accept UnitedHealthcare insurance, even though it is listed as an accepted insurance on the website. He basically told us to submit the receipt and see if we can get reimbursed. It was very unpleasant to be dealing with a person like that and we probably won't be going back.

The people there are truly doing an amazing job! Always friendly and very personable with their patients. Going out of their way to reach out to the people that come into the office, making them feel comfortable and at Home. A big shout out to Eric at the front desk, He is just a joy to talk to. Keep up the good work!

My mom was very pleased with the care she received. The team explained each step clearly, answered all of her questions, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the visit. Her denture work was completed to her satisfaction, with excellent attention to fit and detail, leaving her with a positive experience and a great outcome.

I'm very happy with my experience at Affordable Dentures. The staff is great!!
(I had a really bad experience with a competitorthat resulted in me, six months later still with no teeth, money owed to the dental firm, money owed to a finance company, annual insurance billed and no options). I was literally looking for a clinical trial to join just to get some teeth).
I found Affordable Dentures gave them a call. With new insurance starting the year my 1st visit was scheduled on Thursday 3/27/26 which included discussion, x-rays and impressions. I returned on Monday 3/30 to see a wax model of what they would make. This was an 8 minute visit. On Tuesday 3/31 at 2pm I was fitted with my new custom premium dentures that actually fit and function at zero out of pocket cost to myself. Yes, you read that correctly.
A big thumbs up to the entire staff Affordable Dentures & Implants. You were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. You've given me back something important in my life that I had thought was lost forever.
