I will update my experience if anything changes. As of right now, my consultation was easy. It took me a year to get my money together, but they still honored my orginal consultant. They did not try to pressure me into getting more than I asked for. The ladies are all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They didn’t make me feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. I can not wait to go back and pick up my flipper tooth!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Affordable Dentures! Everything was perfect from my reception, Brittany D. is an absolute gem, to my treatment! Kiara is my treatment coordinator! She sensed right away my anxiety regarding not having my top teeth! She put me at ease and was able to talk to the lab & get my top plate the same day, originally it was going to be 2~3 weeks! She made sure everything fit & I was comfortable! I went back 2 weeks later to get my impression for my back bottom plate. I told Kiara about my concern with the front of my top plate. She took it and made an adjustment and it is perfect! My teeth look absolutely amazing and natural! Thank you Kiara & Brittany for such a great experience!

They are welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in. I was called back for X-rays and to see the doctor very quickly. Staff was professional and knowledgeable and I'm happy I made the switch to the Colerain office.

My father went to affordable dentures to get x-rays for dental work. The place that doing his dentures said they needed his x-ray’s. So I called and left a message on behalf of my father. I left a detailed message stating he needed those x-ray’s and if they could email them to the other doctor. I left my father’s number, name and everything. Fast forward a week later and still no call, nor x-ray’s to the other doctor. So my father called today and was told they do not email x-ray’s and he’d have to pick them up. Now it’s already bad enough you have to do these people job with filling out the paperwork. Then having to travel to get x-ray’s that can clearly be sent over. They definitely have the technology to do so. These people are lazy and need to be looked into. Because what are they getting paid to do? Scrolling through a phone and answering phones a child can do it. It’s unprofessional and a disgrace to the dentistry profession. They need to do better!

It has been an awful experience. The second worst experience I’ve ever had in my life as far as dentist in particular I had great experience on my first set of dentures that unfortunately accident happened and I don’t have them anymore so that’s why I’m at where I’m at now trying to get my second set. I am on right now as we speak. My appointment have been went on for about three months four months now and I’m on my fourth try and go round of my wax mold. Try on they made my teeth hideously huge my gum section of the denture on top especially was way too big so my teeth was pushing down. My denture is pushing down, making me thus having an overbite and also the dentist and hygienist do for the most part is try to blame me for it Must pass something wrong with my bite. No it’s because they don’t do their job right and they don’t know what they’re doing obviously being dentures they’re supposed to be famous war is supposed to be their specialty. They don’t even know how to make them and then get aggravated with me when I turn them down and I don’t want that on not happy with them. I would never recommend this place to anyone not my worst enemy. Do not go there. One more thing if you look closer NKT much if you even have zoom at all you will see other issue with dentures there’s gaps in between some teeth n least two of the teeth r crooked I rather pay outta my own pocket no matter the cost of it than be dealing and get from this joke embarrassment of denture n implant business!! Which I’m bout to check into n I have Medicaid all free I still rather pay pay pay n more than pay price instead!!!
