My visit was very great! First, the front office staff members were warm and welcoming. I had a molar that was split and needed extraction, when I went in to get it out the service happened so quickly, before I could realize it I was out of the office! relieved of my pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and her team.

Very professional, personable, clean, and communicative, All the staff was kind and attentive. I really like Dr. Jackson she explained everything in laymen’s terms. I highly recommend this office. No I don’t know her this was my first visit. They are located in Covington across from Costco.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Affordable Dentures & Implants. From start to finish, every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Heidi, Kacey, Natasha, Dr. Smith, and Dr. Jackson were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable, informed, and valued every step of the way. The entire front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was honestly surprised at how easy and fast everything was — I was able to get my partial dentures quickly without any hassle. And true to the name, the pricing was genuinely affordable without sacrificing quality or care. Very pleasant experience. Everyone is really nice and professional. The facility is super clean. Prices are very reasonable. Went to do a implant maintenance and have my top dentures repaired. Took a little more time than I would have like. But they were some what busy and still did an excellent job.

If I could give Dr.Nicole and her incredible team more than five stars, I absolutely would! Anyone who suffers from dental anxiety knows how daunting a visit to the dentist can be. Historically, just the thought of having dental work done would send my nerves into overdrive…but not this time. Dr.Nicole and her staff completely changed the narrative for me. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into an incredibly relaxing and soothing environment. The entire staff is exceptionally kind, empathetic, and genuinely invested in your comfort. They went above and beyond to cater to my specific needs, making sure I felt safe and heard every step of the way. When it came to the actual procedure, I was blown away. I received hands down one of the best, most painless nerve blocks I have ever experienced. That alone speaks volumes about Dr.Nicole’s skill, precision, and gentle touch! To top it all off, they didn't just rush me out the door when the work was done. They took the time to provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations for my overall long-term mouth health.
