Affordable Dentures & Implants

I have not been treated well by the company that took over affordable dentures . I was hopeful because they had more staffing and looked more professional. But assistants . Dentist and office manager are beyond be lilting and rude. I paid for this service out of pocket and everyone knows how expensive dental services are, even with coverage. This was not an easy task for me financially. First my temporary dentures were a joke . You could see the teeth coming from a mile away . The center line was off etc . Fast forward I finally get my permanent set . Again warped and uneven smile . That took FIVE DO OVERS for them to get everything correct. Denture gets sent it day of finals come in . Mind you I have made about ten trips back and forth, no complaints! I request a few changes and the lab tech is frustrated and tells me how my smile should look. When she couldn't bully me into taking it . She leaves out and incomes this office manager person that I have never seen. She doesn't get any history or ask as the paying customer how can she help . Steps in as bully number two . She introduces her self and says to me ' After this next adjustment your done ". It took everything in me not to lose it. The nerve of these people. That have had me running from sunprarie to odana road over twenty times. Wasting gas , my time and changing around my work schedule . I could go on but they have wasted enough of my life . Long story short if you decide to use them . They will be overly nice until they get your money, Make sure you get what you want before you leave the office you will be charged for little bit of change or problems after your warranty days . If I could give half a star I would. I went to the office on Odana Rd in Madison WI at first thought it was alright, until they kept rescheduling my appointments last minute, they never answer the phone. I had to pay out of pocket and they didn't apply my debit card payment to my account so when my insurance company mailed them My reimbursement check they took over $1,600 out of it without telling me. When I called asking about the check the lady answering the phone that day was extremely rude and said well you'll just have to prove it with receipts. Went there 4 days later and provided proof and was told they would have to send it to corporate for approval! I eventually got my entire reimbursement back but I will never go back nor would I recommend this place!

The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was because of the wrong information given from the call center. When calling the 800 number an appointment was made for the next day emergency extraction. However, when we got to the appointment, we were told that it was strictly a consultation. We had driven two hours for this appointment and have been disappointed at first. However, the staff was very nice and understanding. We did the consultation and was pleasantly surprised that they said they would do the extraction. They apologized for the wrong information given by the call center and wanted us to have a good experience. Recommendation for this is expect only a consultation first regardless what the call center states . But I definitely recommend the staff they made my stepdaughter feel very comfortable.

I had a great experience at affordable dentures earlier on today, the staff there is very helpful and kind. I look forward to going back and that’s saying a lot about a dental office (believe me) lol.

People are awesome and make you feel very comfortable like you are talking with friends. I HIGHLY recommend this business. I have to add one thing. They are truly affordable and stand behind their work 150%. You won't get better treatment anywhere else imo.
