Great experiences at Aggie Dental always! As somebody who is especially anxious about the dentist, the time and effort the staff puts into comfort does not go unnoticed. Staff is very gentle and considerate, good about moving at your pace if it all becomes overwhelming, talking through things, explaining things you are uncertain about, etc. For procedures I found particularly difficult in terms of anxiety, they were responsive to my concerns and provided options to manage. I've moved many times and have had many dentists, and many bad experiences, and Aggie Dental is by far the best.

I came here initially just to get routine cleanings away from home and found their reviews to be great. While the actual dental work itself is perfectly fine, it's just a pain to even get in the door with several scheduling errors with only one appointment so far.
I came in for my initial cleaning after their first time visit for x-rays and was waiting an hour past my appointment time before anyone even told me the hygienist wouldn't come in because some major highways have had extreme traffic. I had to call in work myself to account for the wait. That's fine, I manage hundreds of people at work myself and I understand when people cannot come in due to illness or external events. Life happens. So I scheduled another cleaning with them, went fine, and scheduled for another cleaning.
On the week of the next cleaning, I get a text saying there's an appointment available for me if I want to take it since I am overdue. I ask them what happened to my appointment and they just claim it was never scheduled. I ask them what happened and explain my frustrations since I called off work for both appointments and can't keep doing so for appointments that don't get fulfilled. Whoever is responding to me has the gall to explain to me that they cannot "control when our staff get sick" or make mistakes scheduling, making me seem heartless for not accounting for that. Everything else in their response was fine, but that was ridiculous to read.
I deal with incidents like these on a weekly basis, so I get the defense for your fellow coworkers. However it's ridiculous that I'm getting attitude for simply wanting my appointments to be upheld, especially when I have had, and would have possibly done so again if not for the one off text, waited for appointments that don't exist. While they did offer me an appointment the same day after I expressed my frustrations, it's not worth it to me to go to a practice that treats me like I'm difficult to work with.

I went in for a crown. The preparation and molding for the temporary crown took a long time, but Dr. Neal was kind and very considerate of my comfort during the process. He called to check on me later which I much appreciated.I had a few rough areas that needed to be smoothed out. He set up an appointment for me and the dental assistant took care of that. I should get the permanent crown in 2 weeks. I anticipate that everything will go smoothly.

I love my Dental office. Dr Neal and my hygienist Melissa are great, kind and gentle. I have been a patient in this office for 30 years and have never had a bad experience. The office manager Michelle is very knowledgeable about insurance and billing and I never get any surprise Dental bills. I have referred many friends and family to Aggie Dental Care.....highly recommend if you are looking for a new Dental office to call home.!!!

I would consider myself a high maintenance patient with dental anxiety. Dr. Neil and company bend over backwards to accommodate me with the upmost of care and respect. I am very grateful to have them as my dentist.
