Best Dental services I have found in 4 years! From the moment I entered the office, I was impressed how the setting made you feel important, how refreshing to be treated to a lovely waiting area! It made me feel appreciated as a patient that they gave me a place to enjoy, relax, let stress fall away before having a dental procedure. The entire staff was wonderful, helpful & made me feel they genuinely cared about my well being. Helping attain my xrays from a previous Dental facility, listened to my concerns. Heigengist Makayla was wonderful, gental, & cleaned my teeth the best they have EVER been cleaned! Dentist Dr Macary asked questions, gave recommendations on how to proceed with my mouth care, & went over the plan of care I am to receive, one on one with a patient. Thank you very much to your wonderful staff, obviously you have me as a patient!

Fantastic experience! The staff is so friendly and personable, I really enjoyed talking with them. The entire office is also so beautiful! Dr. Akhrass is extremely careful that you aren't experiencing any discomfort and does a very good job communicating throughout any procedures. I've had several cavities filled and it's been a breeze! This is absolutely the best dentist office I've ever been to and I love that they send out text reminders too!

After walking in, I said "WOW," it's like walking into a living room or home environment! We did not feel like I just walked into a dental office, it is incredibly beautiful!
Everything was so clean, bright & shiny!
The staff is outstanding! They immediately talk with you as of you've known them for ever, extremely personable!
It was our first time there, so we didn't have a lot of interaction with Dr. Akhrass, however; when we did meet him, he also made you feel as tho you've know him forever! He was extremely friendly, he laughed with us, making us very comfortable! His priority is his patient and their comfort!
It is the state of the art facility, they do everything right there, very impressive!
Our appointment was on February 12, 2026, two days from Valentines day and much to our surprise, we were given a rose! It was like "WOW", who would have thought!
We have "NO DOUBT" that Dr. Akhrass and his staff are our new "Dentist" of choice!
Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome, we'll be back, again and again!

I want everyone to know that this was the best experience in the Dentist chair that I have ever had. Dr Sam was very patient, kind and great “dentist chair “ manner. His staff is so friendly. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in until I left. And just an important side note-when he gave me my shot for numbing, I NEVER felt anything. NO
Pain whatsoever.

This place completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist.
From the front desk to the chair, everyone was kind, patient, and made me feel at ease right away. No long waits, no confusion—just a smooth, stress-free experience.
The hygienist was gentle but super thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or talked down to. I actually understood what was going on and what I needed to do moving forward.
You can tell they really care—not just about your teeth, but about you as a person. That kind of energy is hard to find.
If you’ve ever been nervous about dental visits, I’d 100% recommend coming here. This is the first time I’ve left a dentist appointment feeling genuinely good about it.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Akhrass earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, where he graduated with honors, and completed an implant residency at Georgia Regents University (now the Medical College of Georgia). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and an alumnus of the Pikos Implant Institute, and he has served as an examiner for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for dentists seeking Associate Fellow or Fellow status. His site states he has practiced dentistry for 23 years, including 20 years in Lenoir City, and received the 2016 ACE Award for completing the most continuing education of any dentist in Tennessee. Dr. McCary, a Kingsport, Tennessee native, graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in Memphis and completed a general practice dental residency at Denver Health Medical Center before returning to East Tennessee in 2014 to practice in Lenoir City. He emphasizes communication and patient comfort.
