My wife had a tooth removed and an implant placed. She experienced no pain! She was very happy with how Dr. Kimberly handled it! Also she said that Christina in the billing department in Akron went out of her way to help her. She even contacted my wife hours after closing to help. We highly recommend this this practice!!!

I’ve always loved this practice, but unfortunately my recent experience completely changed my perspective. The way I was treated after my procedure was honestly disappointing. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a burden rather than a patient. Aftercare should be a time when patients feel supported and taken care of—not ignored or treated poorly. It’s frustrating because the quality of care used to feel so different here. I hope this is addressed, because no one should leave a medical office feeling the way I did.

Needed a bad wisdom tooth out and Dr. Klein was AMAZING!!! Very patient, kind, and willing to answer all of my anxious questions without making me feel bad for how anxious I was. I really recommend seeing him if you’re like me and have terrible dental anxiety. He was very quick with the procedure itself as well. I’ll be going back to him for my other wisdom tooth.

Had all four wisdom teeth removed on Jan. 12 2021. Easy, comfortable and highly professional experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for oral surgery of any kind. 5 stars. Bonus points for being across the street from my regular dentist Dr. Grant Turner and for serving free coffee in the waiting area!

I got my wisdom teeth out, all four, 9/30/25 and it was better than I thought it was going to be. I was so nervous but Dr. Kronenwetter and his team were so kind and calmed me down. I was put under and woke up alert but couldn’t really walk and I got help from the nurses. I would recommend going here! I had no complications and today is day 10 after getting them removed and I didn’t have pain once just discomfort because I swelled days 2-4. Take the no pain with a grain a salt, because everyone is different, but I followed the sheet and use my syringe every meal and so far some of my stitches have fallen out! Getting back to normal already!
