I had an excellent experience with the oral surgeon and the entire staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable. The surgeon took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and showed genuine compassion throughout the process. The patient care was outstanding, and they made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. We truly felt like we were in good hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you for providing such exceptional care!

So, on Friday, I had my implant done in Pell City as follow up to the extraction in February. This appointment was as good as my previous appointments with them (although the young lady who was my nurse talked really fast and I listen really slow, so it was a bit challenging 😀). Dr. Wilson was great, laid back, down to earth, and personable, as he had always been when I’ve seen him. Would strongly recommend him and this office. Very satisfied.

We had the best all around experience at Alabama Oral & Facial Surgery and I highly recommend them for your needs! The doctor and staff was all very professional, caring and compassionate. My grandson had oral surgery...his first surgery ever. First time experiencing anesthesia. He was completely comfortable in their care. The nurse and doctor explained everything to us in detail, and answered all questions before and after his procedure. I wish there was more facilities like Alabama Oral & Facial Surgery. Oh, and did I mention the wait time was less than 15 minutes? We were called back before our appointment time. For me, that's rare!

Right before I moved from the west coast to Pell City this summer, I had a crown fail, which meant I needed a tooth extraction, bone graft, and eventually an implant. Dr. Rothman took the time to explain all of my treatment options, answered my questions thoroughly, and helped me choose the best plan for my situation. I was pretty nervous about having a tooth removed and being sedated, but Dr. Rothman and his team immediately put me at ease. The IV sedation was seamless—I was talking with the staff one moment, and the next thing I knew I was headed home. I had no pain during the procedure, no complications afterward, and Dr. Rothman even called that evening to check on me. About 2½ weeks later, my dissolvable sutures were still hanging on, so I called the office. They fit me in on short notice to remove the remaining sutures, and then had Dr. Wilson take a look. He confirmed everything was healing right on schedule. As someone who was brand new to Alabama, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone at Alabama Oral & Facial Surgery was professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Rothman, Dr. Wilson, and the entire team.

I recently underwent surgery with Dr. Wilson at Alabama Oral and Facial Surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the very beginning, Dr. Wilson was exceptionally kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, which put my mind at ease. The staff and nurses were equally impressive, pleasant, helpful, and attentive to my needs throughout the process. Now, just two days post-surgery, I’m happy to report that I’ve experienced no problems or pain at all. The entire experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his wonderful team to anyone in need of oral or facial surgery. They truly care about their patients and deliver outstanding care.
