Best dentist experience I have had, Covid-19 compliant and very safe and clean, great staff, very professional and accommodating to my schedule. They work with most insurances. Affordable. Best of all, they do an excellent job. My teeth were bad, crooked and kept on chipping before I went to Dr. Tsang, then he did 4 crowns done and Dr. Tsang and his staff did an excellent job. Now my teeth are nearly perfect thanks to Dr. Tsang and staff, and I have pictures to prove it. Now, all I have to do is come in for the normal cleanings routine every 6 months. Take my word for it and go here for your dental needs! I can put my word in for how professional Dr. Tsang was in taking care of my dental needs. Take a peek at the pictures below AND tell me that isn't amazing! Throughout my case, he was able to communicate my dental needs, costs, and operations in a professional manner, look for ways to save me money through insurance, and have patience for my tedious dental case. He is also very well-spoken, which I noticed off the first bat of meeting him. This was nothing like my last dentist! Not to mention, his staff, from the front desk workers to the dental assistants, surgeons, and the lab staff in Pinole. Shoutout to y'all! I've had chances to interact with a lot of the staff and I can say, without a doubt, they are a culturally diverse group that really CARES about your dental needs. For my dental case pictures on the bottom, I had a dental crown procedure done on my front four teeth. Now, I get compliments from my orthodontists, friends, coworkers, and family about how my teeth transformed and all I can do is thank myself for going to Dr. Tsang for my crown procedure, wisdom teeth removal, and teeth cleanings.

This is such a well run office. Everyone who works here is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Dr. Tsang's assistant is very gentle and caring when taking the X-rays. She explains everything she's doing and lets you know what to expect. Dr. Tsang is very thorough and informative about your options. He gives you all the information you need to understand how to make decisions to take the next step. I feel very comfortable and have confidence in this dental office. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.
