I had the absolute best experience and results with Dr. McMahon and his staff. He was highly recommended by my general dentist but I also did my own research and consulted a couple other specialist because I needed two somewhat complex extractions, a sinus lift and two implants. I could tell from my research that Dr. McMahon was by far the best choice. The procedure was a complete success with no bleeding and very little discomfort and beyond my best expectations. The office staff was great and submitted my insurance claim for the portion that was covered and I received a check in the mail and total fees were very fair. It’s been two months from my procedure and I go back next month to expose implants and then can have a bridge attached and done. This is my first review I have written but felt I needed to do this one, definitely 5 stars. Thank you, Dr. McMahon.

Dr McMahon is an amazing oral surgeon. Our family has had experiences with quite a few oral surgery offices over the years and after having him do an extraction and difficult implant placement for my wife, we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. However, he is also a very kind and genuinely nice person - a quality that can be difficult to find among highly educated professionals. From the detailed explanation during the consultation, to his friendly and helpful team - and even a delicious locally sourced ice cream treat for the patient on the way out -it was five stars all the way around.

I had a great experience with Dr. McMahon and his lovely staff. My wisdom tooth extraction procedure was done so quick and easy that I thought they were still doing prep work! Communicative, attentive, and very professional. He even called me personally to follow up and check to see how I was doing. Thank you Dr. McMahon for making this experience as stress-free as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My extraction was carried out perfectly. Dr McMahon professionalism and expertise made the procedure a completely comfortable experience. So little discomfort afterwards is to me the sign of an excellent oral surgeon.

Dr. Yoshikane earned her dental degree at the UCLA School of Dentistry and completed her medical degree and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at NYU in New York, with a focus on immediate implant placement and full-mouth reconstruction. Dr. Stephens trained at the UCLA School of Dentistry, completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City and received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine; he focuses on immediate implant placement and wisdom teeth extraction. The practice also works with an anesthesiologist, Dr. Andrew Maynard. Founding surgeon Dr. Paul J. Tiernan, DDS, retired in 2023 and is no longer seeing patients.
