Coming to you straight from GUM graft surgery. There was immense confusion in my process. I was supposed to be put under for cavities and gum grafts. I have been talking about all of these processes with them and the other offices I go to since February or March. It was stated that the dentist they contract with could only come on certain days and that I would have to wait to be seen. I have been waiting to get certain cavities taken care of since that time. They now want to tell me those conversations never happened. I am a chronically ill patient and have been managing surgeries and my care for the past decade plus. There is no way I would forget having 10 plus conversations with multiple different people about this process. My invoice even said I wanted to add two cavities since my last dental appointment in July. I have left all the messages and done all of the work. I am so tired of it falling back on the patient constantly because they want to be an oil change and get in as many patients as possible. I also spoke to a nurse multiple times who never mentioned I would need steroids and other items for inflammation on the day of my gum surgery. I have to research every med because of my MCAS and intense allergies with POtS and endometriosis. I don’t choose to live this way. I will not be back to this office. If they cannot handle a complex patient they should have said no. Now I have to go under a second time which is dangerous for me and having flares for weeks after. People truly do not understand and don’t try to. This is just another addition to my medical PTSD and I want to post this for another person who may have similar issues.

I went wanting to get one extraction done on a broken tooth, I was referred there and they tried to convince me to get all of my wisdom teeth out.. instead of focusing on the main problem. I would’ve had to wait longer and reschedule because they suggested that I go under anesthesia and get them all removed! some of them aren’t even grown in yet and have never given me pain. I had already scheduled days off of work and needed that done, it was just a waste of time and money so I went somewhere else and got it taken out the next day..so simple, they’re just money hungry :/ hope they treat their patients better in the future

Great experience overall from checking in to completion. Super nice staff throughout. I had an extraction done and once I was numbed up Dr A had it out in under a minute…super nice and personable as well. Extra shout out to Cashay for going above and beyond. I’m a big baby at the dentist and she just went out of her way to be a calming presence so just wanted to say I appreciated it.

Took our son there to have a tooth pulled due to an abcess. All the staff was friendly and awesome to deal with

Absolutely horrifying STAY AWAY. Had work done by periodontist first and everyone in this place was trying to sell me some laser procedure which NO insurance covers..something to the tune of 15K. I opted not to do this for obvious reasons. When I went in to get my deep clean, I was "reprimanded" by the periodnitist since she didn't agree with my decision to not do the LANAP procedure. She gave me approx 9 novacaine shots 3 of which were right in the roof of my mouth directly in back of my two front teeth. I SAW STARS... note: I am terrified of the dentist and they All knew that. Still had to go back for second half. I insisted on a different periodontist, this was better. But....I needed extractions five bottom teeth and for whatever reason all four wisdoms..I am in my 50's..why? Anyway, I was sick and had to cancel my scheduled surgery, which I got a reminder for, saying I could cancel up to 24 hours without charge. Not so...they charged me for $700.00 for a missed appointment. Apparently it's 48 hours because they bring in an anesthesiologist..again..why? Are you not an oral surgeon. Why would you not have one on staff? You should be sued rather than just badly reviewed...and a year and a half later, still have loose teeth and it's affecting my life every single day. So...thanks for the added anxiety, top notch. Dishonest money makers. Oh and they make you feel bad about yourself too. If you go there you better not have had dental fear... they'll shame you and make you feel like trash i am an accomplished business woman who simply has a fear of the dentist. I also heard them talking about other patients and they were often directly rude to me. Cannot get a quote until you schedule the appointments. What a joke, they're hedging their bets that you won't be able to go to the appt..and there ya go, some free money for them for missed appt, and so much miscommunication, I think they try to confuse you to screw you out of money. Guess they would have been good if I had gone for the LANAP surgery. Almost like a car dealership. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You are messing with people's hard earned money and mental health as well as general health.
