Dr. Ali Alijanian deserves every bit of this 5-star review. I found him through my employer after using my consultation benefits with another oral surgeon. Even though my wisdom teeth were a difficult case with strong roots, he made the entire process seamless. I had all four wisdom teeth removed at once under anesthesia and didn't feel a thing.
He even took additional images at no extra cost despite my insurance benefits already being used elsewhere. My recovery was smooth because I followed his instructions, and everything healed perfectly.
Also, the staff is absolutely amazing not exaggerating, the front desk and everyone in the office were 10/10. What a level of service! Professional, caring, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Ali and his team.

I was referred to Dr Ali by my dentist, and a dear friend who was a patient. From the first call, the staff was very helpful and kind to my pain. They got me in the same day. The office is comfortable, pleasant with a sea theme to enjoy, for the very short wait. Again, the staff were all very pleasant.
Dr Ali was able to diagnose my problem quickly and, thankfully, I avoided oral surgery. If needed in the future, I will definitely return to Centurion for my oral surgery needs. And, I’ll be recommending them to my friends.

Dr van der Groen and the entire staff were welcoming, professional, informative and superior in their oral surgery process. I felt cared for and understood. The process was fast and they accommodated my needs for pain management. I highly recommend this team

I got my wisdom teeth extracted at Dr. Alijanian’s office 2 weeks ago and him and his entire team were AMAZING. The front office ladies Jan and Racquel were so nice while scheduling my appointment. On the day of my appointment, Dr. Alijanian and the assistant took great care of me. He even called me the evening after the appointment to check in on me. The overall vibe of the office was relaxing. You want to have exceptional care when it comes to your teeth and I highly recommend Dr. Alijanian! 10/10 stars.

My experience so far has been very good. Since it is the dentist sometimes it not so pleasant but Doctor A makes it as comfortable as he can. The whole process is just that a process. So far the staff are very professional and competent. I have no complaints so far. The doctor knows exactly what he is doing I don’t feel the need to ask too many questions. It takes a little while to wait while you heal but that is necessary so I just go with it 100% . No complaints.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Ali Alijanian, DDS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1994, completed a one-year postgraduate training program, and then a four-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Alameda Health System Highland General Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a past president of the Contra Costa Dental Society. His practice website states he has more than two decades of experience in oral surgery and dental implants.
