My experience was extremely positive. The staff was thorough and informative and spoke about my future dental plans like true medical professionals. I trusted their expertise, and I did not feel sold on their care. I highly recommend this dental group, and I'm glad I found an organization for my future dental health. The layout is also very fancy, and I felt cozy in their waiting room. Also, a big shout-out to Shiva, who made my stay extra comfy.

it was my first time to the office today and they were so welcoming from the very beginning and explains everything in detail and everyone’s so sweet. The atmosphere was so calming and the rooms and all the utilities are so clean lwk I like the view from my seat too lol . The customer service was wholesome and Shiva was so sweet. The doctor was actually so calming and sweet too. Definitely recommend this place.

Aliso Creek Dental and orthodontics was such an easy and quick Invisalign experience. In just a few short months, my teeth were straightened and I have a beautiful smile. The doctor was very attentive to my questions and concerns, and the staff was great—friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for Invisalign treatment.

I generally avoid leaving negative reviews for healthcare providers, but I felt it was important to share my experience here. While the dental assistants are lovely and professional, I have significant concerns regarding the office’s ethics. During my visit, I was told I needed both an implant and a deep cleaning, accompanied by a very expensive quote. When I sought a second opinion, it was confirmed that neither procedure was necessary. It felt as though the priority was "selling" treatments rather than preserving my dental health. I would also advise caution when reading other reviews, as I've noticed incentives being offered for feedback in the past. I cannot recommend this office for families looking for patient-centered care.

I had such a great experience here! The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The office is extremely clean and has a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, Shiva was so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service all around. I’d highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and friendly place for dental care.
