Dr. Houbba provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and thorough in her work. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and she took the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit.
Her dedication to excellence and patient care truly stands out. Thanks to her expertise, my smile looks and feels better than ever. 🚨 DO NOT GO HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL, SHADY, AND PURE TORTURE.
I am writing this to give my absolute HONEST review of All Dental in Saint Clair Shores, and to warn anyone who has ever had dental anxiety to stay far away.
My first visit was in September 2025. I explicitly told them I had past dental trauma. After x-rays and an evaluation, they recommended an SRP (deep cleaning). At the end of the appointment, they asked me to leave a review. Before I could even do it myself, the staff member literally took my phone out of my hand and rated her own visit 5 stars. Any 5-star rating under my name prior to this was NOT written by me. It was forced and completely violating.
When I went in for the SRP, the numbing agent did not work. I felt every single bit of pain—the tugging, scraping, and digging into my raw gums. Instead of stopping to help me, the doctor gaslit me and insulted me, literally saying, "Stop being a baby! There's no way you feel that." Because of that torture, I left and never went back to finish the other side.
Stupidly, I gave them another chance and went back yesterday (June 2nd) to try and get my dental health on track. It was even worse. The pain was unbearable. When I told them I wanted to just get up and leave because no patient should be subjected to that, the doctor told me my "energy was negative," my "vibes were bad," and made a disgusting comment telling me to "just pretend I was at a Chris Brown concert." She then claimed that "legally" she couldn’t let me leave.
On top of that, her own male assistant questioned her numbing process, asking her what she was doing. Her response? She claimed it was a "technique you're NOT allowed to do in dental school" to take the patient's mind off the needle. Red flag after red flag.
They never answered my questions or addressed my concerns. This office needs to be investigated by the medical board. I had horrific nightmares last night because of how I was treated. They took my past dental trauma and multiplied it by 10. Avoid this place at all costs.

This office is quick, easy and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. If you have any concerns the dental team is always available, and if you’re not satisfied with their answers the dentist will immediately come speak with you. I’ve never had an actual dentist come speak to me personally regarding pricing. Great work All Dental in Saint Clair Shores!

All Dental is fabulous! It was my first time there, everyone was so professional and very nice. The dentist was great, he explained everything to me. I will be setting up an appointment for sometime next week....

Took my daughter to this office, they made it so easy. They were able to see both on the same day and within minutes of each other . The staff there was lovely, from the lady who took the X-ray, to the one who did the cleaning and to the dentist.. very happy that I switched to this office
