I’ve been going to All Smiles since April 2026 and I can’t say enough positive things about them. From the day I called to see if they were accepting new clients, they were very polite and helpful. The day I arrived, they were welcoming and happy to meet me. I was received by the dental hygienist and she was sporting the finest technology while she was inspecting and cleaning my teeth. I later returned to meet Dr. Giraldo. Again, she was pleased to meet me and she took control of the issues. Before performing one item, she asked if I wanted it done and she was able to give me a dollar amount from where she sat. Of course I agreed, it wasn’t that much money but the mere fact that I was asked before doing the procedure was incredibly thoughtful. By time I had gotten to reception, they were aware of what was done and had my co- pay amount prepared. This dental office is leveraging some of today’s most current technology such as voice recognition for the hygienist and a touch of AI. My previous dentist couldn’t even compete against this and everything flowed efficiently and smoothly. I looked forward to the next appointment and again, I was greeted with a smile. I’ll let you make the decision to come here but if it helps, I’d bring my 85 year old father here, which we’re discussing. Dr. Giraldo and staff are wonderful people. I trust everyone here and I believe you’d be equally happy.

I’ve had an amazing experience at All Smiles Dental. My three daughters are patients there, and every visit has been smooth, welcoming, and professional. The staff is extremely kind and patient, especially with children, and they always make us feel comfortable and cared for. We truly appreciate the level of care and would highly recommend this office to any family looking for a trustworthy and friendly dental practice.

I am honestly devastated by how I was treated at this office. I have been to many dentists, and I have never left an appointment feeling this humiliated, embarrassed, and emotionally upset. My teeth are already a very sensitive insecurity for me, and instead of being treated with compassion, the main dentist’s assistant made faces and reacted in a way that made me feel mocked, judged, and degraded. I was already overwhelmed by the situation, and her behavior made me feel completely ashamed of myself. When I became upset and asked my mother to leave the room, the assistant then began lecturing me about how I spoke to her. I am an adult and the patient, and it was completely inappropriate for her to involve herself in my family relationship when she had no idea what happens behind closed doors. I repeatedly tried to explain that, but she continued speaking down to me and would not back off. The entire situation was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. I came to this office for help and expected to be treated with basic dignity. Instead, I left feeling mocked, disrespected, and emotionally shaken. No patient should ever be made to feel disgusting or ridiculed by the very people who are supposed to care for them. I would never recommend this office, especially to anyone with dental anxiety or insecurities about their teeth.

From the moment you enter the office you are welcomed and everyone greets you. I went in for extraction and bone graft. My blood pressure was extremely high and both the Dr. Carolina Giraldo and her assistant were genuinely concerned for me and I could not thank them enough. The procedure was literally painless and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I went to get my teeth cleaned and they didn’t clean my teeth. The dental hygienist said that she ran out of time because the first visit required that she spend more time taking x-rays and going over my dental health. I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time although I was there 15 minutes prior like they requested. She had a rude demeanor from the beginning to say the least. Isn’t the first visit supposed to be a bit longer whenever you go see a doctor or any medical professional? No dentist on site either. They did give me a card to leave them a review so here I am. I’ll be waiting for the dentist to get back to me, like I asked. We’ll see. This was at the 761 Main Avenue location. Update: Dr. Giraldo called me and apologized. I'm scheduled to go back and get my teeth cleaned. Update #2: I went to see Dr. Giraldo, and she did a good job so I'm updating the review. They still need to improve at communicating with patients about what they'll do during the appointment.
