I had my tooth removed there yesterday.the service was a wonderful .the doctor was amazing. He was very nice And patiently listened to my questions and explained everything to me.before he started the process.and the stuff was very nice and very helpful. Dr. Zinn was very professional and thorough! All staff is very communicative and helpful. Not to mention the teamwork WOW! I have no complaints whatsoever!!! The step by step procedure done by this dentist is unreal, as if he is family, cannot explain better, he treats you like family, as well as the staff. My experience with the office on Port St Lucie blvd was horrible with the office manager. I went in to discuss an overpayment and the explanation did not sit well with me. I contacted her again and was basically told you got a refund so be happy. I am happy that I got a refund, but the billing is still not correct. She said that I chose them so I trusted them. No I chose them because they had a opening at the time. The experience was bad so lesson learned. Her customer services skill needs more work. Elizabeth.
