I can't thank Dr. Macholl and his staff enough for the outstanding care I received recently for the removal of two wisdom teeth. Dr. Macholl listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease about the entire process. I was touched when he personally followed up at the end of the day to check on my progress. The surgery was painless and my recovery was quick without any issues. His administrative and surgical team were amazing. Dr. Macholl's surgical staff (Brenda, Stacey and Logan) were kind, caring, professional and treated me like family throughout. Look no further for an oral surgeon. Dr. Macholl and his entire team are remarkable!

I never expected to feel this well after my tooth was extracted by Dr.Machcoll!
I had local anesthesia and never felt a thing either by the local or its effects. The extraction was quick and efficient.I was able to get on with life in less than 24 hours. After waiting 4 years to have this tooth removed, I was fortunate to find Dr. Macholl. I highly recommend him.

I have to share how impressed I am with Dr. Macholl and his whole team. He extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He called me the night I was home to check in and 9 days post op I started experiencing an increased amount of pain. The office and team took care of me immediately and sent me home feeling better. If you’re looking for top notch team, they will take great care of you and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire procedure and during recovery. Could not have asked for a better experience in an oral surgery experience.

Dr. Parmer is one of the best dentist/dental surgeons I’ve ever met. The staff is amazing, professional, and kind. They explained everything to me and made scheduling very easy. Highly recommend. Pricing is also very reasonable and they work well with your insurance.

I was so anxious to get my wisdom teeth removed, so much so that I had put the surgery off for a year. Then, I found this place and all of the staff here is super sweet, they made the experience super comfortable for me, and didn’t make me feel pressured. I’m on day 4 post procedure and it’s practically been painless. Truly heaven sent and what healthcare is all about, thank you.

Meet the Doctors
The Fort Worth office is served by three oral and maxillofacial surgeons who work together across the practice's Fort Worth, Haslet, and Argyle locations: David E. Parmer, DDS, MD; James R. Macholl, DDS, MD; and Stephen Siew, DDS, MD, all listed together as the practice's surgeons on the official website. Dr. Macholl was selected by the Army for oral surgery training and was sent to the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine and completed a general surgery internship before finishing his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency. Dr. Parmer is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School and served as a dentist in the Air Force before starting private practice in northeast Tarrant County in 2000. Dr. Siew also holds both DDS and MD degrees and practices alongside Dr. Parmer and Dr. Macholl at this location.
