Wow- this was the best dental experience I've had as an adult by far. I called in an emergency this morning, and April at the front desk worked somemagic and was able to get me in, even though I was an unestablished patient. She sent my paperwork to my email, which was very easy to fill out. I arrived about 10m early for check-in and was greeted again by April, whose personality was wonderful and she immediately put me at ease. I was called back almost as soon as I sat down!
I unfortunately don't remember the hygienest's name right off-hand, but my care under her was very comfortable and easing. My dental health is something I have been embarrassed about for many years, but her words were those of kindness and compassion versus judgment and dismissal. I appreciate the time she took with me to talk to me about a future plan, and she thoroughly explained any questions I had.
Lastly, I was thoroughly impressed with the patient manner of Dr. Ritola. He came in and greeted me warmly, while confirming the reason I was there to be seen. Again, he took the time to listen and explain any questions I had regarding any future plans for my care. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into any type of treatment, and I appreciate he was open to allowing that.
Having gone through the medical wringer very recently, I find myself with a bit of anxiety around medical professionals. I did not have those feelings past saying hello to April this morning on the phone. I look forward to working with this team, and will be recommending friends/family on forward.

Everyone who attended to me from the front desk to the back were polite and easy to deal with. From the first phone call they made it easy to fill out information and make the new patient form and paperwork smooth and fast. I was called to the back almost immediately after arriving no long wait. Quick, easy and out of there.

Great group of people. Kim is amazing! She gets the job done very well without finding it necessary to make it painful. Docs and front end staff are all very friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. I’d recommend these good people to anyone who would ask.

Everyone from the front office to the hygienist to Dr Austin Brown were very professional and extremely nice. It may sound weird but I’m looking forward to my next visit for a replacement crown. Thank you for your kindness.
My husband went today for his cleaning and X-rays. When he got home his stated how friendly everyone was. The hygienist was very good too.
