Absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which shows in the quality of care they provide. The team takes the time to explain every step of the process and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and results. Whether it’s a routine cleaning, whitening, or more complex dental work, they always deliver exceptional service with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental team!

My experience at Alpha Dental Designs was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and very professional. The hygiene they present was absolutely stunning . The medical staff make me feel very safe and quiet during the whole dental procedure. They explained everything in details and answered every question i had with patience. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking to get a good dental treatment in the Miami area.

I just called this office (February 11, 2026) to inquire about dental
fillings and the receptionist doesn’t understand English at all. I repeated my question again and she just hang up on me. Horrible customer service. I called back a few times and she just ignored my calls- it went directly to voicemail.Shame on you Alpha Dental for hiring unprofessionals!
