I had multi issues with fraud at this facility. They kept trying to charge me for fluoride treatments that the dental hygienist forgot to provide. Alpha Dental tried to charge me for it later on multiple different occasions. I asked on three separate visits for a manager to take the charge off. They did remove it and then added the charge back the next time I came and tried to be passive about the charge like it was a copay or something. After three times scolding them to remove the fraudulent charge. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. My insurance company told me Alpha dental would not cooperate with the investigation and would not answer the phone so the investigation could not take place. After I swore I would never come back to this place. I got an email saying come back we'll give you a $90 gift card for dinner. I thought sure. I get my teeth cleaned and free dinner. After asking about it and calling on two separate occasions for the gift card in over two weeks. Nothing. I got every excuse as to why they did not send the gift card. I canceled my future appointments again. This place is a joke. I came here for years. Lots of different dentists, none of which I thought were particularly amazing mediocre to good only. Luckily there are plenty of other dentists in the region.

I went in to have a crown placed in early June, two weeks after getting the permanent crown placed I was still experiencing pain when chewing. I called the office and went back in and they did a bite adjustment. I continued to have pain and they told me that the tooth need time to settle. It is now November and I still experience pain. I am only twenty I’m afraid I am stuck with this pain for the rest of my life.

I was told to cancel my appointment and reschedule which I did but you are determined to charge me 50 dollars for the cancelation the individual in your office should be charged i loved my doctor had over 3000 thousand dollars in work done need more work but will not return until this is taken care of. I received a text and phone call from Cheryl a manager she took care of my problem I will be going back for more dental work the doctor's are excellent sorry it had to go this far hopefully will be good going forward ty for addressing this issue

The worst experience 👎 👎 👎 Alpha dental nothing Excellence! Nothing but problems. I want my money back and they won't give it back to me! Finance is the worst! She is ignorant and rude. Horrible experience! People don't go here! The lab horrible and cheap. You hardly ever saw the doctor. Not compassionate to your needs. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Take your money and you won't get it back when they still didn't do the job right! You say to connect the office I did! Numerous times! They never answer you back!!! The worst! 👎👎👎👎

A few years ago Alpha did three crowns and an implant for me. I've lost three out of four of those teeth, with the implant snapping in half after 2 years. The hygienists at my new dental place have heard stories like this time and time again.
