Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care at this practice. The front desk staff is incredibly rude. More concerningly, the surgeon has zero bedside manner, was late, and showed a complete disregard for patient comfort and consent during the procedure. The only saving grace was the kind assistant in the room who actually tried to help. Getting a fast appointment isn’t worth being treated with total disregard by a doctor.

The women at dr pyles office are amazing! Summer Jeanine and Meredith all deserve some love. Thank you ladies for all the hard work and dedication you put in! Also, sorry if I spelled Jeanine wrong!

Elderly Women Receptionist Wearing Glasses Is Very Unprofessional, Didn’t Say Hello When I First Walked In. I Addressed Her First. She Had A Very Annoyed And Unpleasant Attitude With Me The Whole Time. This Women Is The First Point Of Contact For Paying Patients And I Would Be Appalled To Have Her At My Front Desk Representing Me. Especially After Working Years To Receive A Doctorate In Dentistry. She Even Made The Comment “YOUR WELCOME” In A Very Sarcastic And Nasty Way When Leaving Because I Guess I Didn’t Thank Her Adequately. And What For? The Absolutely Horrible Interaction With Her Didn’t Deserve To Be Acknowledged Anymore. Her Lack Of Demeanor And Etiquette Is What I Will Forever Associate This Business With. I Doubt I’m The First To Complain About This Women And I Know I Won’t Be The Last.

I wanted a tooth pulled that was causing pain and they said bet. In and out in 30 minutes painless, affordable, and great scenery.

5 stars all around! So happy I found an oral surgeon in Steamboat Springs that accepts medicaid. Saved me a lot of time not having to drive to Denver or Glenwood Springs. I had a complicated impacted wisdom tooth not erupted and very close to the nerve. Dr. Pyle is incredible and has the best bedside manner. (Really makes a difference when you have anxiety about dentists and hospitals.) The post extraction visit was great. He told me everything was healing and told me about some jaw exercises like chewing gum to relieve jaw tightness. The office and waiting room are very clean, lots of attention to detail. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.
