I hate the dentist due to childhood trauma, however this clinic was wonderful. Fantastic experience. My hygienist, Phoebe, was so incredibly careful, gentle, and considerate. So too wasn’t the doctor- I’ll be back here for my next cleaning.

I didn’t have a good experience. My son is living very close to the area with his brother, who is currently his guardian for the next year or so. I called in to explain to the receptionist that my son was new to the area, coming from the East Coast, and he needed a reliable orthodontist to continue his care. I took the time to provide the with his prior X-rays and care plan from his previous orthodontist and expressed I wouldn’t be present since I still live on the East Coast. It didn’t seem to be a problem. We scheduled this appointment last week, rearranged the day to ensure being timely to the appointment today, and was turned away because they needed prof that I gave my stepson guardianship and permission to agree to the services and sign off on all paper work. I sent in a written signed document that indicated he would be his guardian and allowed to make decisions as well; however, he was still turned away. This should’ve been requested from me at the time I booked the appointment last week. I am truly disappointed with their services.

Excellent practice. Professional and thorough. Dr. Pasut has been the dentist for my whole family and I recommend her highly. If you need a filling, her work is smooth and she cares about both efficiency and getting it right

Wonderful, caring staff! They were flexible and accommodating my crazy work schedule. My husband hates going to the dentist, but he said they were great. He was right. I hope to be able to schedule for yearly visits when I am in Flagstaff each summer.
