The staff at Altitude Dental are kind, courteous, and very helpful. Dr. Rolfes is very knowledgeable and I knew I was in good hands. He was patient, answered all of my questions and he did a beautiful, professional job on my tooth. His dental assistant also did a wonderful job, answered my many questions and she put me at ease. I highly recommend them.

I would like to give a big thank you to Dr. Matt Rolfes at Altitude Dental and my dear friend Dr. Balshi for their exceptional care. Over 25 years ago, Dr. Balshi transformed my very poor dental state with beautiful full prosthetics that completely restored my confidence. Years later, after a bad fall that broke my front tooth, I experienced several failed repair attempts with local dentists in Vero Beach and developed an infection. Desperate for help, I reached out to Dr. Balshi, who connected me with Dr. Rolfes at Altitude Dental. With Dr. Balshi’s insight, Dr. Rolfes’ expertise, and the use of state-of-the-art technology, my full arch was removed and sent to Mr. Stephen Balshi, who repaired and refined it using the highest-quality materials. The results were outstanding—the color match was perfect, and the turnaround time was remarkably fast. Dr. Rolfes, along with his assistant Sara, treated me with incredible kindness and professionalism throughout the process. The entire Altitude Dental team, from the front desk to the clinical staff, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They even welcomed my husband of 50 years, who was by my side during the visit. I highly recommend Altitude Dental to anyone seeking excellent dental care in a welcoming, modern, and compassionate environment. Dr. Matt Rolfes is an exceptional clinician—skilled, thoughtful, and dedicated to his patients. Thanks to him and the entire team, I have my smile back and feel truly confident again.

So happy to have found a home town dentist! Wonderful experience start to finish. Clean and welcoming, it was like a Hallmark movie being welcomed by a golden retriever (Jet!) and the lobby has beautiful Christmas decor. The best cleaning I have ever had, gentle and thorough. My dentist retired and I moved to Altitude dental and have had a great experience so far. Sonja; hygienist is amazing. She’s extremely gentle, patient and kind. Dr. Rolfes is professional, detail oriented and personable. The front desk team are always welcoming and very nice. And I can’t say enough about Jet 🐶 he’s the sweetest practice mascot and always willing to get loved on- he’s definitely helpful if you have dentist anxiety, he makes the environment calm. Overall a great dentist that I would recommend to anyone looking for first rate care in Vero Beach.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind! Abby, the hygienist, was especially wonderful. She was so sweet, gentle, and thorough and she did an amazing job. Dr. Pieczynski is such a kind dentist. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I highly recommend Altitude Dental if you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their patients!
