I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. The space was clean, welcoming, and had a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff truly make my children and I feel like part of their family. Abby and Grace took such great care of me — they were kind, comforting, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I actually felt at home while I was there. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Abby and the entire team at Altoona Smiles! Dr. Abby did an amazing job making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and took the time to explain everything along the way. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I left feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Abby & Altoona Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist who is both professional and compassionate!

Owen had his 6‑month checkup and cleaning dentist appointment today, and once again, Amber was absolutely phenomenal. She is the only person he feels truly comfortable with during his dentist appointments, and that alone speaks volumes. Amber has a way of making the entire experience feel easy and positive. She answers every question Owen has with patience and clarity, gives him confidence, and turns what could be a stressful visit into something he actually enjoys. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care shine through every time! We truly appreciate you Amber more than words can describe! I know Altoona Smiles is lucky to have her and so are we.

I recently moved to Altoona and hadn't established dental care yet. I had a broken crown that had been done in Colorado and needed a solution. Dr Taylor went over everything with me and made me feel more comfortable with the fix. I was very pleased with the procedure and how understanding and accommodating they were. First impression, would highly recommend!

Tooth be told, I was a little nervous walking into Altoona Smiles years ago. But the entire team is so nice and welcoming from check in to check out. The office feels like a warm hug instead of a dentist chair, and all of my procedures and visits have been totally painless. Today I had Amber do my cleaning (gentle and caring—instantly puts you at ease!), Ally/Allie as my hygienist (super thorough and ensures you're comfortable!), and Dr. Eric (pleasant and educational!) checked me over. I over heard Amber taking care of a little one next door. She was super fun and sweet—there’s no way a child could be afraid of the dentist here! They really know how to fill the gap between ‘ugh, dentist’ and ‘can’t wait to come back’! 10/10 would recommend!
