I was so impressed with my visit to Altura Periodontics yesterday. Heather Hong is so friendly, informative and she took time to explain in detail…Dr Hong’s assistant was so professional and friendly at the same time! The office is beautiful and well run; a prime example of what healthcare should be. I highly recommend this practice!!

I am a new patient. Very pleasant front desk personnel. So helpful. The office is efficient. I appreciated the way the initial process occurred. I appreciated the explanation of potential fees. I liked the advanced “impressions’ machine - no more drool and rubber. Ha ha

Very prompt for appointment time! I really appreciate that as a working person who takes time in my work day for these types of appointments. Dr. Y was very friendly and attentive. Excellent office staff as well, courteous, friendly. Dr Y thoroughly explained, with photographs, all the issues and my options. Very patient and understanding and answered all questions completely. Highly recommend this practice! Great parking, easy access off Yosemite.

Amazing! Met with Dr. Alan Pomeranz and he was able to explain everything that I needed to know about my dental issues. He really took the time to educate me, share next steps, and give a realistic picture of what to expect. I’m really grateful for the care him and his assistant, Tim, provided for me today. I will be going back to continue the progress and I’m excited to work with the again soon.

Although dental work is never my favorite thing to do I am always at ease and comfortable with Dr. Yagudayev and his team. Dr. Yagudayev is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patiently addresses all of my questions and concerns. I am very confident in his diagnosis, treatment plan and technical expertise. The staff is friendly and thorough and the office modern and extremely clean. Thanks to all!! Update: I had an upper molar extracted by Dr. Yagudayev and it was honestly one of the easiest procedures I have ever had. He and his staff are prepared, they are professional and caring. Every question was answered, post extraction care was complete and concise. Dr. Yagudayev explained what he was doing step by step during the procedure and checked in frequently to assure comfort and called that evening to check on me. Could not have been more pleased with the care I received.
