The doctor (Dr. G)is always sick & appointments are always being canceled the day of🤦🏾‍♀️. Bless her heart, I hate that she stays sick but she still has a practice that must be ran. We are one year in dealing with this dentist office trying to get my uncle his dentures. Unfortunately, his insurance through Cigna has him going there. The office staff is sometimes rude but I can give it back just the same.(I won't call any names, they know who they are) Very unprofessional people working there. If a patient has a co-pay for a procedure, wouldn't you call to let them know as a courtesy & not tell them the day of that he owes $350? If he owes that; I'll pay the money but my uncle is 75, legally blind & on a fixed income. I'll be so happy when we are through with this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentist office at all!! Terrible .. Terrible place of business. They cancelled appointments for four months in a row and then when my husband finally did get an appointment that wasn’t canceled, He had to sit there for an hour and a half and never did get to see the dentist!! They suck!! Especially the Lufkin, Texas Location. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but you had to give them something to continue the review! Stay away from this place..

Would not recommend They have rescheduled my loved one appointment over 12 times this year always saying "The doctor is sick today" It's taking a year to get him dentures. We came here because of his insurance. He can't eat good because he doesn't have his dentures. I'm so disappointed!!😩

I prepaid $415.00 towards my partials. Only to find out a claim wasn't filed on my insurance and a staff member took the money off my card.

Long post but worth the read. Don’t go here if you care about your teeth or your wallet. They don’t fix your cavities, they mess up fillings to the point of other dentists saying “that’s ….interesting” when they see it. In my opinion, they want as much money from you for as little effort as possible. I chose this dentist because my boyfriend has gone here since he was a child but he will not be going back either. He currently has a hole in his tooth from the cavity that this dentist worked on multiple times and today, when he went to the dentist that I switched to, he found out that a tooth they pulled was NOT necessary to pull and the in-house insurance that costs $250 here, is only $99 my dentist and they actually do a good job on your teeth. We both had equally negative experiences here and that isn’t a coincidence. The picture attached is from his appointment today. They told him his teeth looked great but whoever worked on his mouth did not do a good job and will have to work on that problem tooth now.
