I came for my checkup and the everyone was so nice, the doctor who saw me listened to any concerns I had and addressed them. My hygienist was so sweet and gentle with me as well, I have sensitive gums. They recommended some at home care tips to keep my gums healthy. I work in dental too so I can be a bit picky of where I go for my checkups but I do like this office. It was clean, they were quick and efficient!

The front desk really need to do a better job. They need to run insurance before the patient comes to the office the rest of the staff is great but some of the front office needs to be on top of what there duties are they should make it A priority to tend to their patients needs, especially when they’re there for the second time for an appointment. I had problems with scheduling an appointment once I had the appointment I showed up and they said that they didn’t have me scheduled for that day so I show up the schedule day for them to tell me they can’t take my son due to his insurance issues. This cut off all been avoided if they would’ve simply done. A pre-screening and leg work before the patient arrives in office

The Doctor is excellent. He was able to address the need of my child. However, the assistant said she performed cleaning on my child’s teeth but she did not. I was there the whole time and know what is going on.4 star because of the Dentist. 2 star because the assistant did not perform the routine cleaning but claimed she did. 0 star because no hand sanitation available. No alcohol, no sink to sanitize and clean hands. The dentist assistant handled an equipment that blows air into your mouth without gloves and without sanitizing hands. Real time observation. Wait time is 1hour or more.

I called today because my son got work done last week, he started to have pain over the weekend. I called today 10/27 at 3:40 pm requesting an appointment asap. Lady was so kind (so I thought) to give me an appointment at 4:30 today. 25 minutes pass by and they told me there was 4 patients ahead still. I personally didn’t want to wait, so I asked for another appointment. The receptionist STEPHANIE caught a terrible attitude and told me “that’s why we tell patients to come at 2 after lunch when it’s less busy.” She gave me another appointment until Nov 12, while my son has a toothache. I tried to ask her about the appointment and she rudely ignored me and walked away. She gave me that appointment over the phone and she was so rude for no reason when all I did was ask for another appointment and not waste their time as well.
