I rarely leave reviews, but I can't help myself here. If you're looking for an outstanding Oral Surgeon, I highly recommend Anacapa Oral Surgery and Dr Stout.
Dr Stout and his entire team are hands down the best I've ever experienced in any Dental or medical office.
He immediately knew exactly what needed to be done, clearly explained all my options, and walked me through what to expect at every step. He was confident, patient, professional and above all genuinely human and caring.
The office staff and assistants were equally impressive. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, responding to all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I never felt talked down to, rushed, or pressured.
I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional care I received. Thank you Dr Stout and team.

Not only as Dr. Stout truly amazing , Not only as a dentist, but as a human, he has an amazing staff. Always attentive, caring, great with follow ups, and their communication is top notch. Everyone in this office is Fantastic, and I feel very lucky to have found him.

About Anacapa Oral Surgery
Anacapa Oral Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice at 1701 Solar Drive, Suite 291 in Oxnard, California, with a second office in Camarillo. The practice focuses on surgical treatments, including dental implants and dental implant reconstruction, wisdom teeth removal, Same Day Teeth (also called All on Four) full-arch treatment, periodontal (gum) surgery, crown lengthening, surgical orthodontics, reconstructive jaw surgery, and care for TMJ (jaw joint) disorders. Treatment can be performed while patients are asleep using sedation, which the practice calls Treatment While You Sleep.
For patients missing all the teeth in an arch or living with hopeless teeth, the Same Day Teeth option allows the teeth to be removed, implants placed, and fixed teeth secured in a single day, with planning that uses 3-dimensional CT imaging and virtual surgical planning in coordination with the patient's restorative dentist. No referral from a dentist or insurance company is needed, and the practice offers a complimentary consultation for new patients. Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. Marwood Stout, DDS, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. According to the practice's website, Dr. Stout earned his bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University and his dental degree at the UCLA School of Dentistry, then completed four years of specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the UCLA Medical Center. He established his oral surgery and dental implant reconstruction practice in 1992 with offices in Oxnard and Camarillo, and in 2002 he founded the Anacapa Study Club, where he trains fellow dentists in dental implant and advanced reconstruction techniques.
