Dr. Ward and his full staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. This was my first visit and getting settled into their practice was straightforward and smooth and the cleaning was well done. Had a support wire come loose and they were flexible and able to correct it on the spot; which was great! A great practice and highly recommended!

Office staff and assistants are friendly and efficient. Dr. Ward thoroughly explains treatment needs and options and readily answers any questions. Costs of treatment and expected insurance coverage are reviewed. All demonstrate concern for patient comfort during office visit. Good experience.

Dr. Ward and his staff were proffessional, very competent and, best of all, warm and friendly. I actually enjoyed the visit. They laid out a plan to tackle some problems I have complete with a timeline to correct my concerns. It is great to know my problems will be addressed.

Dr Ward was a new dentist for me and this was my first visit. The staff are very welcoming, the office is comfortable and the visit was smooth from start to finish. You can tell Dr Ward really cares about his patients. He explained everything clearly and spends time with each patient. It never felt rushed. I’m so happy this is my new dental care!

Dr Ward left half of a broken bridge in my mouth with no plan or appointment going forward. I knew something was wrong and called to get an appointment. The broken bridge comprised a good tooth which broke when he removed the rest of the broken bridge. I got a second opinion from my previous dentist in Sacramento. He found an open margin on a crown right next to where Dr Ward put a filling because food was getting stuck. That filling didn't work and Dr Ward was getting ready to put another filling in the same place. When I told Dr Ward about the open margin, he said good catch. Instead of a filling I ended up with a new crown. His assistant was making a mold of my teeth and used the wrong ingredients. Dr Ward literally had to chisel the mold off my teeth. He said it was miscommunication. When Dr Ward first saw me, he said I have had very good dental work. As soon as I started seeing Dr Ward everything went downhill fast!
