I unfortunately had broken a tooth at work. They were able to get me in the next day by 9am. By 10 am they had taken care of the problem for me. It was quick and as painless as tooth removal can be. Karen was very nice and helpful. The dentist was also very nice and professional. Based on my experience I would recommend this office to anyone needing help with a tooth emergency.

I went to see Dr. Anderson to assess my lower teeth because of extreme pain. He found the problem, I had a cracked tooth that caused several teeth to hurt. A different dentist told me nothing was wrong. This is my first major dental experience in 55 years. After two visits and one crown, I am pain-free and can go back to eating things that are very cold or very hot with no problem. Dr. Anderson is one you can trust. He has the experience and knowledge to assess different problems with accuracy. And his assistants are qualified, kind, and empathetic as well. This helped make the experience less stressful.

I recently chipped a crown and had Dr. Karl Anderson make me a new one. The fit of the new one is wonderful. I am not packing food and it actually fits better than the original one and the color match is awesome! Thank you so much Dr. Karl you did a wonderful job!

I have never seen front staff, so disorganized and accused a patient of not having insurance. I had insurance in February. They prepay a month in advance. I have never been treated so disrespectfully on the phone. Not once did they listen to what I had to say; they acted as if I were a child and stupid, who didn't know anything. I also degree. But as soon as you bring money over to the patient, they didn't like it.

You guys still aren't listening to me. Anyway, you're not listening to yourselves, and the patient comes first—don't ignore that. I had to send a text because Anderson Dental didn't believe me on the phone; I had to show proof. I'm telling the truth, and I don’t have time for liars or people who use reverse psychology because I know it drives me crazy. That's good, and what I do, and I’m not afraid to stand up to anyone, no matter who it is.That I know psychology In-N-Out so doesn’t work on me.
