staff is so nice and so is the Dr they make you feel safe and are very considerate of the patients! i used to be scared of the dr since i had a bad experience as a child but the Dr really got me out that comfort zone

A double standard exists here for Medicaid patients--right down to their cancellation policy. I used to go here years ago when it was just Dr. Anderson. But seeing the rude text messages regarding my relative's care, I can see that more than just the doctor and the name has changed.

This Dentist Office is amazing! The Dr, assistants… all staff! They are very kind, some funny, really make me feel comfortable to just come in, be me and get my teeth issues addressed and fixed. They do fantastic work and pretty quick at what they do with quality. I would recommend Anderson & Floyd Dentistry to anyone, for sure! It’s Anderson and Floyd Dentistry

My experience with Dr. Floyd and his team was truly outstanding. I traveled several hours to see Dr. Kale Floyd, and every mile was worth it. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Kale Floyd’s professionalism and genuine concern for his patients are unmatched—he even took the time to personally call and check on me after my procedure. Whitney, the office manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was scheduled perfectly and even assisted with my accommodations while I was in town. The ladies who worked alongside Dr. Floyd were equally wonderful. They were gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout every step of my treatment. Because of their skill and kindness, I have my smile and confidence back—and that means everything. This entire team exemplifies what exceptional dental care should look like. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
