I was referred to this office by my regular dentist for a crown lengthening on one tooth. X-rays and photos had already been done by my dentist. I arrived early to my appointment time as required only to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time before I was called in. Assistants proceeded to take photographs of the full mouth and take gum measurements of every tooth. I was told this was strictly necessary. Dr. Dow himself seems perfectly competent and professional. This consult cost $250 and I was told the procedure would be an additional $1400. I called around and found a different office who charges $1050 for the procedure and did not require this overly comprehensive exam. The other periodontist was willing to take photographs and x-rays done by the dentist as basis for the procedure. This office seems to overcharge and add on unnecessary work As well. I would go somewhere else.

I had a consultation with Dr Dow a month ago. He and his staff were very kind, thorough and professional. They explained things in detail and answered questions well. I had a problem with my insurance company not paying the amount I was told were my benefits. I didn鈥檛 have the difference and felt incredibly disappointed In my dental insurance company. I talked to Nichole at Dr Dow鈥檚 office and she said they resolved the remaining balance at no inconvenience to me. I鈥檓 very grateful for getting this cleared up as it relieved a lot of stress for me! Thank you again!

My experience with Eugene Periodontics, Dr Andrew Dow, assistants, and front desk was excellent in every way. My situation required extractions and deep root cleaning. Dr Dow and assistants were very thorough, compassionate, and professional. They provided excellent explanations for each procedure, with pre and post treatment patient instructions. I am extremely pleased with my dental health.
