The 1 star is because the staff is nice, but after that the place is a butcher shop. I was traumatized, little to No anesthesia, she has NO hygienist, Zamora is bouncing around working two ppl at the same time. The would be stand in hygienist have no knowledge or schooling of what they are doing. DARE I say the equipment may not be properly sterilized. I received a chest infection do the many mistakes made . Coughing up and swallowing my own blood and God knows what else during the procedure . And to top it off , me and my insurance was grossly over charged. My advice go to a dentistry that have there own private stand alone business, not these pop up franchise ones you see at every city . Make sure they have qualified hygienists and trained qualified team . NOT IN AND OUT STUDENTS

I have been a patient at this office for the last 2.5 years and I have nothing but good things to say! Dr. Zamora and her staff are simply amazing! Coming from someone who generally does not like going to the dentist, I can truly say that I enjoy coming to Smiles of Arlington. Their attention to detail, patient centered approach and friendly atmosphere really make you feel welcome and valued.

Great people and I was very pleased with my treatment. After not properly tending to my teeth for far too long I was a bit nervous about being ridiculed but they made me feel comfortable, took care of the situation and now my mouth feels clean healthy. I've recommended this place to my mom and will to anyone else looking for a great dentist.

OMG.......... First of all let me just say. THE DUO'S was Amazing. Mrs Jenkins and Mrs. Dolly was Out freaking standing. I dealt with this tooth pain over the weekend after coming to this location 2 days ago and wasnt able to get my teeth pulled. But when i did. It was worth the wait. Because those 2 ladies took care of my needs, they we're pleasantly nice. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AN A PLUS in my book. I just know that i deal with Anxiety and its hard finding a good dentist that will take care of you the ways these 2 ladies took care of me . I HIGHLY Recommend If you looking for a dentist. Please go to Smile Family Dental. You will not regret it. Promise. I surely didn't. Thank you the Duo Girls. I will be back.😉😁

I have been wanting to have my teeth straightened for awhile. When I asked another Dentist they said the would have to pull 4 teeth because they are crowded and crooked. So I was really nervous going into the appointment for fear of never having the smile I always wanted. The staff made me feel like I was visiting with an old friend. Danny was truly knowledgeable and she highlighted this life changing experience. Dr. Jenkins was just as wonderful. They both were just as enthusiastic as I was about my dental goals as I was! Such a rare thing now a days to have a connection with the staff on the first visit. The practice has amazing technology! Beginning from when you sign all your health documents to the awesome 3D scan of your teeth! It gives you a true understanding and visual of what your teeth look like and an estimation of how they can look. It was certainly an emotional moment when you see the path to success! You can expect to be treated like a person and not an appointment.
