I am 69 year old person,this was the worst experience at this dental office I ever had in my whole life. Bait and switch tactics, they wanting you to have procedure done when you don't need it for example went in for a basic cleaning and they wanted me to do a $600 cleaning knowing very well the insurance would not pick-up the coast when I told them I just needed a regular checkup and a regular cleaning they told me they couldn't help me. I didn't recommend this place.if you do use them ask questions about what your insurance is going to cover and what your responsibility is before you agree to any work.

Not happy for the result. I came here for periodontal care. I notice as I walked in the tools are outdated and the place is not clean. The computers are full of dust and floors are filthy. My upper third molar left side it’s not clean and the second to the last second molar are Not clean ether. The person who cleaned my teeth was using manual tools. I know how clean feels because I’ve been periodontal care many times. I will look somewhere else for future dental needs.

Scheduled an appointment for tooth extractions and found out in arrival that they are not in Network for my insurance. The lady at the front counter was extremly kind and suggested we find an in network dentist to perform the extractions because of the expected cost. Pleasant atmosphere. extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I had to go in for an emergency dentist visit . I will tell you I never felt more comfortable in a dentist office they went above and beyond for me to explain everything for me so I understood. The staff are so nice and caring thank you Apex Dental being so kind and patient.

They refused my daughter services because she cried a little all she needed was a silver cap glued back on. While there where other kids screaming down the hall. My appointment took 2 and 1/2 hours and got no work done. Dentist was awful and stayed in the room 4 minutes and charged for a exam.
Update: They called to talk about my review and caught a attitude even though I was nice. Rude ! So I hung up.
