I am not the kind of guy who leaves a lot of reviews, but this time around I make an exception. There are 2 things that scare me with a dentist.
First is that they are poking around inside my mouth, and the associated pain. This experience was completely pain-free.
Second is the sticker shock of all the (additional) fees they slap on, on top of their advertised pricing. This was different, I paid exactly what was advertised.
I would give 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

Was discouraged and ready to go to Mexico for all my work, when I saw the FB ad. Thought it must be far away, but called, anyway. In ElkGrove! Well, that is closer than Mexico! And, am so pleased! Very lovely office. Such cordial staff. Like family environment. Doctor came in with same demeanor. He was informative. In no rush. Painless extractions and implants. 5 stars not enough.

Honestly I was a little nervous going in, but it ended up being a really good experience. The whole process was basically painless—even the injections and the implants, I didn’t really feel anything and had no issues after either.
What I liked the most is that they actually stick to what they say. The $1,999 implant price is real and they honored it, no surprise charges or upselling which is rare honestly.
Everyone there was super nice and checked on me after too, so it didn’t feel like just another clinic. I’d definitely go back and recommend them.

This office is the best hands down!! I recently had a dental implant done and had a really great experience overall. The dental team took the time to explain the entire implant process to me beforehand, which really helped ease any nerves I had. I had very minimal discomfort and the healing process was smooth. I definitely recommend anyone who needs an implant to get it done here. I could tell the team was experienced and truly care about for their patients

I had a dental implant done here at Apex Implant Center and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was so nervous about getting the implant but the team made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, the procedure was easier than I expected! I highly recommend Apex!

About Apex Implant Center
Apex Implant Center is a dental implant practice located at 9340 West Stockton Boulevard in Elk Grove, California. The practice focuses specifically on dental implants, including single tooth replacement, All-on-4 full arch treatment, full mouth implants, and zygomatic implants for patients with significant upper jaw bone loss. Every consultation includes a complimentary 3D CT scan, which the team uses to evaluate bone volume and plan treatment before any commitment is made.
Pricing is published upfront, with a stated $1,999 for a single tooth implant and $12,500 per arch for All-on-4 treatment, covering the implant, restoration, anesthesia, and CT scan except in cases requiring an extraction or bone graft beforehand. When clinically appropriate, procedures are performed under full general anesthesia administered on-site by a board-certified physician anesthesiologist, so patients are fully asleep rather than lightly sedated. The practice also works with financing companies and most PPO insurance plans to help patients cover treatment costs.
Meet the Doctors
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Sunny Badyal, DDS, lead dentist, who earned his dental degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 and has completed more than 250 hours of advanced clinical implant coursework. Implant procedures are performed by Dr. Maninder Singh, DDS, and Dr. Tanvir Singh, DDS, both graduates of the University of the Pacific, working under Dr. Badyal's clinical methodology. Dr. Tanvir Singh is an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Dr. Maninder Singh also provides dental care for U.S. military service members prior to deployment. General anesthesia, when used, is administered by outside physician anesthesiologists from Capital City Dental Anesthesia rather than by the practice's dentists.
