I only have positive feedback for this office. Corey Decoteau, DMD took care of both my son and husband in the past few years. My son had the first experience with his wisdom teeth extraction. The entire staff were friendly, personable, professional, caring and above all in full communication on payment details. They seamlessly find out what insurance will cover and provide breakdown so there is no question how they come up with the numbers.
Then next comes my husband who desired a couple implants so he could chew on both sides of his mouth. They were all amazing, and we had several appointments because it is a staggered procedure with healing in between each step. This was not a decision to take lightly, lots of time, patience and money to get to the end result. They were so good about communicating and working on our financial timeline so we could take advantage of FSA $$. Bonus they check up on you later in the day to see how the patient is doing, just like loved ones would. I can't name all the ladies in the office but trust me there isn't one there that is less than sweet. I actually think it is a job requirement you must be smiling and happy to work here. I won't hesitate to call them if we need them again which i really hope we don't but they would be our first call.

Have been here for a few procedures now, including tooth extraction. The entire staff is amazing, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The work done by the team is exceptional. The precision with local anesthesia was fantastic, felt nothing without numbing everything else. Quick and painless process, they are ready to go when you get there and don’t waste any time. Will have to find a new expression because pulling teeth wasn’t painful.

The doctors and staff were super nice and helpful. They were personable and they really understood what they were doing. I just got my wisdom teeth out and they took very good care of me after the surgery. Shout out to Steven for being a cool dude and making me feel safe and secure as well as thank you to Dr. Farr for taking out my wisdom teeth and taking my visit seriously. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I had an oral surgery procedure done today, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, Dr Torio and his dental assistant, Katie, were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dr. Torio took time to explain the procedure and made me feel at ease.
The procedure itself went smoothly and was more comfortable than I expected. Katie was attentive thru the whole procedure and ensured I understood all post-operative instructions before leaving.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, expertise, and kindness shown by Dr Torio and Katie. I would unequivocally recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery.

The staff at Apex is top-notch! From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone has the goal of making your visit as stress-free as possible. Dr. Burk is wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive. He made me feel right at ease. Kate W is an angel. She took amazing care of me and helped ease my anxiety. Ashley is a delight and at my follow-up, welcomed me back like I was family. I highly recommend Apex not only because they excel in their field but also because they truly care about their patients. You'd be hard-pressed to find better!
