It’s always scary switching dentists but I’m so glad I made the move! Everyone made me feel so welcomed and they were all so nice and amazing! Dr. Whiting was so thorough with my exam and told me things my previous never told me in 5 years. I could tell he cared as well as his whole staff.

Went in for a cleaning and x-rays for the first time in a decade. Staff was prompt in getting me to the chair, offered me a water, and had me in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly, professional, and it looks like all the equipment is brand new. I'm very impressed with their offer for those without dental insurance as well: 30% off semi-annual cleanings with a $99 sign up fee and a small monthly subscription. I will happily recommend them to anyone seeking dentistry with a smile, if you can excuse the pun, even for those who may need extensive work after years of neglect.

My dentist that I have been seeing for 4 years retired, my daughter has an awesome dentist that she referred me to see, I did it has been 2 years, and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr Whiting, and his staff are awesome. Apple blossom is a pleasant environment, everyone is do helpful, and genuinely kind. I would highly recommend Apple blossom Dentistry to family, and friends. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, and I want to start by saying that I’ve had positive experiences with this office in the past. Recently, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being totaled. I received a call regarding attending an appointment, which had already been rescheduled previously due to their hygienist being sick. I explained my situation and apologized for not notifying the office sooner, as I was dealing with the immediate aftermath of the accident. I also asked if the cancellation fee could be waived given the circumstances. I was told that a manager would follow up with me. During that conversation, the manager referenced multiple missed appointments and repeatedly brought up a prior accident I had been involved in months earlier. While I understand policies regarding cancellations and no-shows, the tone of the conversation felt dismissive and, at times, suggested doubt about my situation. This made an already difficult situation more stressful than it needed to be. I would have understood if the fee could not be waived, had that been communicated in a straightforward and professional manner. Instead, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. I encourage the office to approach situations like this with greater empathy and professionalism, especially when patients are dealing with unexpected and serious circumstances.
