I am very grateful for my root canal procedure here; it was done as professionally as possible, and Dr. Sessions clearly knows his stuff. However, I’d recommend visiting with a bit of caution when it comes to long-term treatment planning. As someone who hadn't visited a dentist in over 5 years after relocating from my hometown of Syracuse, NY, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the full jaw exam and the pressure to sign a treatment plan agreement immediately. Dr. Sessions and his assistants tried to convince me to move forward with a frenectomy far too quickly, before I even had a chance to consult with a sleep clinic. Additionally, I felt the staff didn't do a great job communicating internally or with me about how the bills and plans would align with both my insurance and my personal budget. I want to know my rights and financial obligations before wasting money I am not prepared to spend, and the team didn't care enough to address the breakdown of those bills early on. To anyone visiting, I highly encourage you to acknowledge that you are not obligated to sign any treatment agreement the moment you receive a diagnosis. Take your time, ask questions, and protect your budget. Excellent clinical work on the urgent care, but the communication and billing transparency definitely have room for improvement.

I had such an amazing experience at Apple Tree Dental! I went in to have a filling replaced and a cavity taken care of, and I was honestly really nervous because I’ve recently been through several medical procedures and emergencies. Getting shots in my mouth was something I was pretty anxious about, but the dentist Dr. Larson and his assistant Domingo were incredibly understanding and patient with me. They took their time, made sure I felt comfortable, and gave me space to calm down whenever I needed it. Throughout the entire procedure, they kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay and feeling at ease, which meant so much. Not only did they do a great job on my cavity and filling, but Dr. Larson also took the time to look at some gum issues I’d been having. He noticed something that could be improved with a small procedure and was kind enough to take care of it right then while I was already numb and comfortable. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. On top of that, the office staff was amazing, they worked with me financially and helped set up a payment plan, which I truly appreciated. I can’t recommend Apple Tree Dental enough. They are compassionate, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Apple Tree Dental. The staff was friendly, patient, and a pleasure to work with. During my cleaning, they were very understanding and gave me breaks when I needed them. The dentist reviewed everything thoroughly, and I felt well taken care of. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

We absolutely love this place! The staff are all so friendly and punctual. And my kids love how friendly they are, too. I love how thorough the hygienist was, and how she gave great advice for cleaning. I am okay with the fact that they don't have TVs everywhere with shows on. It has helped my kids to be more present and they take better care of their teeth now.

The dentists, assistants and staff are all so friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable about working with insurance and make sure we get the best deal. They let us know what predicted costs will be before providing care. I have kids from 2 to 18 and they all have had nothing but great experiences at Apple Tree. The cute 3D printed animals for prizes are a bonus!
