Yesterday, my teenage son had his wisdom teeth removed at Apple Tree Dental in Rochester, MN, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before surgery, the clinic provided a cost estimate, submitted a pre-authorization to our insurance provider, and made the patient onboarding paperwork easy to complete online. On the day of the procedure, the staff welcomed us, answered all of our financial and insurance questions, and helped put both my son and me at ease. We met the oral surgeon, dental assistants, and the anesthesia provider, and everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything went and how well my son recovered from the anesthesia. The clinic partners with Elite Anesthesia, a third-party anesthesia provider, and we were very pleased with the sedation and patient monitoring that they provided. Within 20 minutes of leaving the dental clinic, my son was alert, oriented, and acting almost like himself—not overly sedated or disoriented. The staff reviewed all post-operative instructions, sent his prescriptions to our preferred pharmacy, and even assisted my son by wheelchair to our vehicle after the procedure. The clinic was easy to find, offered convenient on-site parking, and provided exceptional care every step of the way. We are very grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend Apple Tree Dental to anyone needing dental care or oral surgery services.

Always friendly, thorough and efficient care! The staff is wonderful, responsive and helpful. They’re gentle and caring with my sensitive teeth. I’ve been a patient since 2020 and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

I got two fillings on Thursday. My New Dentist is the best ever!! I was done in less than a half hour and they were not in easy spots and one tooth has two cracks in it. I was expecting a nightmare as usual and loss of the one tooth. I am so pleased that it went so well. I would recommend her work to anyone. Their assistants and front desk is also very kind and patient with me. Thanks for all you do and are going to do.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office, primarily due to a lack of communication and patient care. When my child was previously seen, they were unable to complete several services and referred us elsewhere. More recently, I called to schedule care again, only to be told that my son had been dropped as a patient with no prior communication. I was also informed that the office does not send reminders for routine 6-month checkups and does not notify families when they are no longer considered patients. The interaction with the receptionist felt particularly discouraging, as there was a noticeable lack of empathy, connection, and care, something that is incredibly important when working with families and children. She had an off putting attitude and it seemed that she was frustrated when I was asking basic questions. Unfortunately, I’ve since heard that this is a recurring issue for others as well. I’m grateful that Rochester Pediatric Dentistry was able to step in with compassion, professionalism, and high standards of care. The difference in communication and empathy was clear.

I've literally gone here since I was a kid. I was talking to a lady named shannon💩 on the phone because I am having teeth problem. When I asked when I can get in, she said the only opening is tomorrow and that is it. I said tomorrow can't work and I would like to schedule one when available next. Than she just hangs up on me. She was rude to me especially since I told her I didn't have insurance at the moment and would be paying out of pocket. How is this professional? How do you guys even stay in buissness. I am so upset over this interaction that I hope something bad happens with me teeth and I get to sue you over making me having to switch primary dentist locations because your secretarys can't answer simple questions before charging me thousands of dollars.
