So far so good. I had my initial appointment and it went really well. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. I haven't had any follow up appointments yet but when I do I'll come back and update, but so far I love this dentist.

I had the most wonderful experience here today. McKayla gave me my smile back and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!!!! All of the staff was super friendly and very supportive throughout the entire visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They're were very courteous, very professional, and most importantly straight forward and honest. While the diagnosis was DEFINITELY not what I wanted to hear (most of them needed to come out), their dentist was completely honest about what he COULD do. But told me that if he did that to save the teeth, it would more than likely fail, and the teeth would then be an extraction anyway. I truly appreciate his honesty. Most dentist would have probably done the work, and then sit back and wait for me to call back to get them pulled later. He even encouraged me to get a 2nd opinion.

I scheduled 3 appointments at the Francis location for my family to be seen and have our teeth looked at. Upon asking me about my insurance, I was told that if I miss an appointment or fail to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, that we would not be seen again. So right off the bat, I was discriminated against for not having cash. Because told that cash customers can miss appointments and not be booted but they have very strict policies about rescheduling it missing if you are on state insurance. So I made the appointments for the 15th of April. Then yesterday, while at work, with my phone in my truck, they called I didn't answer, as I was working. My son answered I came to find out today, and when I looked at the time they called me yesterday, it was at 1:47 pm According my my sons mom, they told her that we had to be seen today, the 9th, which is the next day, not even 24 hours in advance. I guess she agreed, but waited till I returned to tell me. Here's the problem. I worked until 1am So the next morning comes, which was today, the 9th. I go start working and at 10:15 I'm informed that we are missing our appointments. Here's the problem: I, the head of the household, that called in the appointments, because I live an hour from town and have a 460 cubic inch engine in my only vehicle, was needed told. I think that if their policy is to be given notice at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation, why was I not treated the same way? Because if I was given at least 24 hours to prepare, I wouldn't have missed all 3 appointments. When I called I was immediately asked if I had state insurance and told that the struck policy states that I'm booted to the curb. Here's my understanding about the location that scheduled me on Francis Street. They want 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, but called me at 1:47 to schedule me an appointment under 24 hours later at 10am the next day, while I was working!!! I work till 1am! So how was my sons mom supposed to tell me if I made it home after she was sleeping?? I think it's fair that if I'm told that because I'm lower class and have state insurance I need to give at least 24 hours, that in return, I sold be given at least the same 24 hours. According to my son's mom, she was not given an option. Only told that the doctor wants us there at 10am tomorrow. That's 18 hours notice for me to make it all work, but the problem lied in the time they called. Why wait till 2pm to reschedule an appointment for the next day at 10am?? Why am I treated unfairly because I'm on state insurance, working late to feed my family???! I think it's totally unfair that this place discriminated against me for not having cash. That's pretty sad. So I give this location 1 star. Please don't waste your time at this office if you are a working man like me.

Let me just leave this here in full detail. I call 24hrs a head to reschedule an appointment. Lady schedules me for the same day 2 hours later than my original appointment. Mind you I had asked for the next day at said time... Had 2 appointments made for that week. Didn't get a message stating the confirmation of this appointment either. Thinking my appointment was not the same day but the next I had missed... Anyways I make it to my appointment Monday have the work done that's needed and scheduled another appointment for 3 days later for x rays for more dental work... I call my job ask for that day off also make other appointments for the day since I'm already missing work... Apple valley then calls me the day before this appointment to tell me I've been removed from there scheduled appointment due to a missed appointment the week before. Just want to let others know the staff there has an apparent hard time doing there job... Basic scheduling and confirmation of appointments are something that is handled after the phone call typically, was not verified prior to appointments and literally have had to make other arrangements that are now costing me money in order to get the work I need done. I have zero respect for a business that holds a standard that's equivalent to a dumpster, so when trying to cover their own mistakes they instead of talking with the employee who did the scheduling call me and say I made the mistake which is an absolute lie...... I'd give 0 stars for this facility if I could... The hassle it's caused between having to find and schedule more appointments plus take more time off In order to have basic work done is beyond frustrating. I feel like they could have handled the situation better and have owned up to their own mistake instead of cancelling a day prior to the appointment which is very unprofessional... Not to mention the person that made to appointment hardly spoke a word of understandable English... And apparently she doesn't know what next day appointment for 10:30 means but took it apon herself to bump my appointment 2 hours ahead the same day 😂... I had asked specifically to schedule me for the fallowing day, due to a double appointment I had booked with chas health... Absolute Garbage... Hire people that can actually perform a job as simple as scheduling, and sending out appointment reminders so a confirmation can be made within a foreseeable timeframe instead of not sending one at all... Thanks for reading my review, it's a rant but man I'm pissed off, this place is trash and avoid missing your appointments because even if it's not your fault these individuals aren't hearing anything but what they wanna .. policy should never hold weight over doing the right thing. The manager there is also rude and has little respect... Not a good look.
