I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Appleton Dental Center. I needed to be seen last-minute last week for a tooth extraction, which can normally be a very stressful situation. The moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to Dr. Vikas and Edith. They took absolutely wonderful care of me from start to finish. Edith was incredibly attentive, making sure I was completely comfortable in the chair and setting a very reassuring tone right away. Dr. Vikas explained the process so thoroughly and performed the extraction, it was over before I knew it. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I felt completely safe and at ease in their expert hands. They are a phenomenal team, and their compassion completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. I highly recommend to anyone looking!

I had an amazing experience during my wisdom tooth extraction! I was pretty nervous before my appointment, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was incredibly fast, I was only in the chair for about 5 minutes, and my wisdom tooth was already out! The best part was that I didn’t feel a thing. My assistant, Elena, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and made me feel at ease before the procedure. Dr. Vikas is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever met. He was professional, confident, and made the entire process so smooth. Dr V team was so kind, professional, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a wisdom tooth extraction. ASK FOR DR VIKAS Thank you for the excellent care!

Look. I've never written a review before but I really have to recommend you not go to this dentist, for your own health and peace of mind. I have had repeated problems with them, and even though I'm a generally understanding guy that unfortunate things can happen, I'm just over it at this point. 1. First they failed to pull my wisdom teeth out, which isn't necessarily their fault because it can happen. 2. I once waited an hour and a half in the chair without being worked on, then had to leave because I didn't have time for them to numb me again. 3. I had a filling fall out and had two visits where they didn't notice. On the same day as that second visit I went to a different dentist to properly get my wisdom teeth removed, and they immediately noticed and repaired it for me. 4. While the new dentist from #3 did not say anything, they did not seem particularly impressed with the work that was done. If anything, they seemed a bit concerned. 5. In general, I just haven't liked how my bite ended up being shaped, but again, this might be me because it's hard for me to tell when I'm numbed up. 6. There's been at least two occasions where I've asked them to send over documentation and they just haven't done it, delaying my care. The guy here is super nice, the staff seems wonderful, and they accept you with poor insurance, but despite all of this, I personally wish I would have gone elsewhere for my dental care. EDIT: update to number five, they just called back and don't know what I'm talking about with the referral. Never go to this place ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever.

Very unprofessional office. I got in for an exam in February. The assistant that helped me was very nice but he seemed uncertain about every step. I waited almost an hour to get called back and waited an extra 30 mins until I was seen by the male doctor and I had to ask the male assistant to get the doctor. I get it it can be busy but it’s important to get patients back in a timely manner. Another thing as well there seems to be no hygienist to clean teeth. My “cleaning” was a very quick 5-10 minute polish and that was it. No oral exam, no information on any cavities, He had the male assistant polish my teeth with fluoride and called it a day. It was very rushed and not at all compared to my previous cleanings at other offices. The male doctor was very nice but again felt rushed and not throughly done. Fast forward to April I have a toothache on my molar and I called to see if I can get an appointment scheduled and the male who picked up could not get me scheduled, he ended up telling me “okay call back again when we have availability bye.” Then hung up the phone. Leaving me in shock. Not happy with my experience here.
