As a new patient, I’m excited to see how things go. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Shout out to Sam and her amazing abilities with my daughter and her cleaning. Also! Shout out to Nevaeh in mentioning her office to us! Can’t wait to continue on this journey!

I am new to Washington and was overdue for X-rays and a cleaning. I’m so glad I found arbor dental first. The paperwork was very easy online, the staff and doctor were all friendly and knowledgeable. The office is spacious and I love the big windows and natural light.

This is the only location in our area that works with our insurance. And the Customer Service is very poor. My wife had a root canal done here and it was to come with a warranty that required cleanings every six months. We did not know our insurance only covered one cleaning a year and when we came in for the second cleaning we were told to pay out of pocket. All of that is fine except we were not prepared for it. When we told them we did not have the money at that moment they replied that they were noting in our records a refusal to do the cleaning and our warranty would be voided! My wife was flustered and left and called me. I told her to go back and pay and we would work out the money issue and apparently her appointment had already been filled within those 5 minutes. The attitude from the receptionist through all of this was very short, unkind, unwilling to work around with a reschedule option (whish she stated would void the warranty due to the 6 month clause) and clearly unprofessional. As someone who has worked in a sales and customer support profession for over 10 years, I can attest this is some of the worst and condescending treatment we have ever encountered.

Dr Mattos was professional, dropped in quick and let us know what the issue was, and the tech who did my cleaning was super professional and kind. So was every person who helped us at the desks.
